With the reform and development of school physical education,in the context of the school's comprehensive promotion of quality education,a teaching model that promotes mutual understanding and mutual understanding has emerged.Emotion regulation teaching method is a kind of mobilization produced by teachers who manage and regulate students' emotions under the guidance of physical education goals,guide and play the positive role of students' emotions,and thus provide students with the best emotional state for their physical learning.Emotional teaching mode of learning enthusiasm.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of emotion regulation method in junior high school swimming teaching,the application of emotion regulation method in junior high school swimming teaching is proposed.This study uses literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to conduct a one-semester emotional regulation teaching intervention for the experimental group students,and explores the effects of two teaching modes of emotional regulation teaching method and traditional teaching method on students' mental health,The influence of learning interest and swimming performance.The results of the study are as follows:1.The emotion regulation method is used in the swimming teaching experiment.Compared with the traditional teaching,the experimental group and the control group are all in allergic tendency,anxiety towards others,learning anxiety,general anxiety tendency,physical symptoms and self-blame tendency.There are significant differences.And through research,it is believed that the emotion regulation method has a good effect on improving students' mental health,environmental learning anxiety,preventing allergic tendencies,as well as people's anxiety and self-blame tendencies.2.In the introduction of the emotion regulation method in the teaching of swimming courses,the control group and the experimental group have significant differences in sports participation,learning interest,attention to sports,and independent exploration.Research has confirmed that the emotion regulation method can be effective Improve the learning interest of students in swimming courses.3.The teaching experiment proves that the experimental group has a good advantage over the control group in terms of freestyle technique and achievement.It can be seen that,compared with other conventional teaching methods,the emotion regulation method used in the swimming teaching of junior high school students has a good effect on the improvement of students' technical level and sports performance.
