Mental health is an important part of individual health.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of various types of competitive pressures,students' mental health problems have become increasingly serious,and junior high school students are no exception.Promoting the mental health of junior high school students is the need of social development,the need for quality improvement,the need to cultivate good personality,and the need to promote individual sustainable development.It is the responsibility of every educator to ensure the development of students' mental health.The society and schools urgently need to put forward effective methods to alleviate the mental health problems of adolescents.In order to meet the needs of students' comprehensive development of mind and body,the education department actively explores new teaching models,the "emotional adjustment teaching model" came into being.The emotional adjustment teaching mode is the teaching process.The teacher uses the teaching goal as the guide,uses reasonable and effective emotional intervention to mobilize the students' main emotions,guides the students to be in the best emotional state,and has a positive effect on the teaching activities,arousing the students'initiative.A new classroom teaching nodel that participates in the enthusiasm of learning to improve teaching effectiveness.A large number of studies have shown that the use of emotional adjustment teaching mode in the teaching of long-distance running,aerobics and other projects has achieved good teaching results.This paper takes the influence of the emotional adjustment teaching mode on the mental health status of junior high school students in the junior high school swimming teaching as the research object.,and uses the research methods such as literature data,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,the experimental study of 12-hour emotional regulation teaching mode and traditional teaching mode was carried out on 40 junior middle school students of Tianjiabing Middle School in Yangzhou City.Through the research,the following conclusions and recommendations are drawn:Conclusions:(1)In the process of implementing the emotional adjustment teaching mode,students should be systematically intervened and pay attention to the optimization of the whole process of teaching to ensure the effective implementation of the teaching mode.(2)The application of emotional adjustment teaching mode in junior high school swimming teaching can promote the positive development of students' mental health status in many aspects.(3)Emotional adjustment teaching mode is more conducive to the emotional integration between teachers,students and students,so that the relationship between teachers and students is more harmonious,the classroom maintains a more pleasant atmosphere,and promotes the junior high school students to actively participate in learning,pay more attention and participate actively.Stronger,classroom activity is significantly higher than the traditional teaching model.(4)The use of emotional adjustment teaching mode for swimming teaching can help junior high school students master the technical movements better and faster,and enjoy the process of sports and learning,transforming passive learning into eager learning and learning,and achieving better academic performance.Suggestions:(1)In the teaching of swimming programs,students should be actively encouraged to cultivate students' self-confidence.Guide students to bravely try,break through and actively express themselves.(2)Physical education teachers should improve their personality traits and interpersonal skills,and actively reserve mental health knowledge in order to better organize teaching.(3)Further optimize the mood adjustment teaching mode.Find more effective emotional interventions and the best emotional intervention breakthrough points,and play a greater role in this teachingl model.(4)Promote the application of the emotional adjustment teaching model.Actively apply this model in school physical education,to a certain extent alleviate the mental health problems of adolescents and protect the healthy growth of teens.
