| The social governance process can reflect the current our country governance system and governance ability of the modern level,the current center of social governance is moving down to the community,community as the smallest unit of social governance,the position in social governance shall not be overlooked.Based on this,the Party and the government have introduced relevant policies to encourage and guide local community governance practices,and local communities continue to explore and innovate community governance models based on local realities and community needs.Community emotional governance pays attention to the emotional state of community residents,guides the community to form a positive emotional atmosphere,and finally points to the construction of community,becoming an innovative community governance model.In addition,community is an important service field for social work to carry out professional community work.Social work can effectively use and give play to its professional concepts,methods and values to participate in grassroots community governance practice,and further promote the innovation and development of community governance.Community public space is not only a physical space to carry People’s Daily activities,but also a spiritual home to promote residents’ communication,interaction and cohesion of emotions.It is an important content and an important starting point of community emotional governance.Taking the construction of public space as the entry point can effectively promote the process of community emotional governance and innovate the form of community emotional governance.Integrating "emotional" elements into the construction of community public space is conducive to improving neighborhood relations,deepening their own identity and gathering emotional consensus in the process of promoting residents’ communication,so as to promote the construction of community emotional community.The main research idea of this paper is to practice and study social work’s involvement in Q Street community public space project through action research under the guidance of emotional governance theory.In the process of investigation,data were collected by the method of participatory observation and semi-structured interview.The researchers analyzed the problems of residents’ lack of sense of place,low degree of participation,loose internal and external relations of the community in the construction of public space of Q Street community,and found that the residents have the needs of using physical space,participating in community activities,and expanding interpersonal relations.Guided by the theory of emotional governance,researchers and institutional social workers determined that the overall goal of this social work action was to build a community public space with extensive participation,generate emotional cohesion of residents,and build a community emotional community.According to the overall goal,the action plan was formulated,and the social work action was carried out in three stages: creating physical public space,generating situational emotion,constructing public activity space,establishing structural emotion,expanding social network space,and consolidating self-related emotion.To be specific,the first stage emphasizes the simultaneous development of physical space and transformation of physical space at the level of physical public space creation: the main performance is to focus on positioning residents’ needs,creating multiple space,making use of idle resources,and updating the Quality of space.The second stage emphasizes the exertion of residents’ subjective consciousness and the promotion of residents’ autonomy at the level of building public activity space: it is mainly manifested in incubating community social organizations,expanding residents’ interaction space,cultivating Lou men autonomous team,and cooperating to solve life problems.The third stage is the introduction of multiple social subject forces at the level of social network space expansion,and the reconstruction of social emotional relations: the specific performance is to mobilize community social capital,promote home consultation and joint construction,build emotional communication platform,build emotional governance model,etc.After the implementation of the action,researchers review the action process in time,find out the actual effect of the action and identify the shortcomings of the action,so as to improve the next action.This process also fully proves that action research is a dynamic process with growth.In the process of action evaluation,it was found that Q Street community public space building project also basically achieved the project objectives,and realized the speed of space renewal,enhanced communication and interaction,enhanced subject identity,improved participation level,established relationship network,and endogenous common emotion.This action study is a powerful attempt by social workers to promote the construction of community public space based on the perspective of emotional governance.Based on this,it is found that it is practical and effective for social work to intervene in the construction of community public space under the guidance of emotional governance.Based on the research findings of the action process,it summarizes the practical path for social work to intervene in the construction of community public space from the perspective of emotional governance.That is,from the three levels of building physical public space,building public activity space and expanding social network space,the situational emotion,structural emotion and self-related emotion of community residents are cultivated,so as to gather the most extensive community emotion and build community emotion community.Finally,the researchers also put forward some suggestions in order to optimize the concrete practice of social work involving in the construction of community public space based on emotional governance and realize the sustainable construction of space. |
