The state has always attached great importance to the quality of higher education,and constantly issued relevant policies in order to improve the quality of talent training,to accumulate strength for national construction and development.What is closely related to the quality of higher talents training is the teaching input of university teachers.The level and degree of teaching input of university teachers play the most direct and important role in the training of higher talents.Through the analysis of the previous literature,it is found that many scholars have proved the problem of insufficient teaching investment by university teachers through empirical research,and the problem has not been solved in practice.At present,the country is in an important stage of development in urgent need of high-quality talent supply,so it is very necessary to promote the quality of student training.Teaching and research universities account for the largest proportion among all types of schools,and the main task of teaching and research universities is teaching.Therefore,this study takes teaching input of teaching-research university teachers as the research focus,explores its current situation and influencing factors,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for improvement.Based on the theory of planned behavior,basic psychological needs and evolutionary game theory,this study gives a brief overview of the current situation,influencing factors and measurement methods of college teachers' teaching input at home and abroad.This paper explores the influencing factors of teaching input mainly from the institutional and psychological levels.By combining the interview with the analysis and induction of the actual system,it extracts the influencing factors from the institutional level,including teaching management satisfaction,performance assessment satisfaction,salary satisfaction and professional title appraisal.Psychological factors mainly include satisfaction of autonomy,work values,student feedback and self-efficacy.Recycling based on the questionnaire data,constructs the structural equation model to analyze differences and found the factors really made an impact on university teachers teaching input,including teaching management satisfaction,performance,distributive justice,self-efficacy,and work values have significant effects on teaching input,and psychological factors in the direct impact on university teachers teaching input and factors affected by the system at the same time,the influence of self-efficacy and the work values at the system level there are intermediary effect between influence factors and teaching.Finally,based on the above research results,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for improving teaching investment are put forward,which theoretically enrich the content and methods of the research on teaching investment of university teachers,and in practical application can also provide references for the school teaching reform and the formulation of relevant systems.
