Performance appraisal is a core function of human resource management.Performance appraisal refers to the process of using scientific methods,standards and procedures to control,collect,organize,store,retrieve and integrate the relevant information of enterprise human resources(performance,achievements,quantification of actual work,etc.),and evaluate it according to these information.The fundamental purpose of performance appraisal in Colleges and universities is to organically combine the appraisal management results of college teachers with the self-development of colleges and universities and the personal development of teachers through scientific performance appraisal methods and following the principles of performance appraisal,so as to promote the personal professional ability of college teachers on the premise of ensuring the sound development of the organization as a whole Comprehensive development in many aspects,such as business level and scientific research level.In the evaluation of college education system,one of the important indicators is the evaluation of College Teachers’ performance,which is of great significance to the development of high-quality education and the improvement of teaching quality.A reasonable and efficient performance appraisal system is of great positive significance to stimulate the working potential of teaching staff,stimulate their scientific research motivation,and cultivate their noble professional quality.Based on the relevant research results of performance appraisal of colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational and technical college by means of investigation and research,interview and statistical analysis,puts forward relevant optimization and improvement schemes,and draws relevant conclusions as follows: the overall attention of the current performance appraisal methods of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational and technical college is insufficient,The assessment focus is not based on the actual situation,the assessment subject is lack of professionalism,and the assessment lacks effective feedback channels.As a result,the assessment of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational and technical college needs to be improved.Then,based on the research problems,the assessment indicators are designed through the KPI method,the 360 degree performance assessment method confirms the assessment subject,reanalyzes and confirms the weight of each indicator,and finally obtains the assessment schemeIn the conclusion and prospect,through combing and summarizing the full text,these paper summarizes the main contents,views and methods of these paper,in order to provide some references for the optimization and improvement of the performance appraisal scheme of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational and technical college.
