The development of private high schools is closely related to the training of teachers' professional and professional qualities,and an objective,comprehensive and efficient performance appraisal of teachers can not only promote the improvement of teachers' abilities and accomplishments,but also help improve teachers' enthusiasm for work,and it is an important condition that affects the development and growth of educational institutions.Since2000,domestic private educational institutions have actively carried out teacher performance appraisal work and achieved substantial results.But at the same time,it should be noted that some private educational institutions have not formed a standardized teacher performance appraisal program,and there are even many educational institutions that have not even established a teacher performance appraisal program.How to combine the characteristics of the educational institution industry,construct and perfect a teacher performance evaluation program that suits its characteristics,and effectively guide and motivate the enthusiasm of teachers is an important topic that private educational institutions cannot ignore.This paper studies the S private high school,deeply researches and analyzes the teacher performance appraisal program that S private high school is implementing,selects the questionnaire survey method,and digs out some specific problems in the school's teacher performance appraisal program.As a private educational institution,S Private High School has made some useful attempts to promote teacher performance appraisal,which has played a certain role in promoting development.However,in the process of performance appraisal,it has gradually exposed some problems such as the unreasonable selection of performance appraisal indicators,unscientific distribution of performance appraisal weights,poor performance appraisal feedback and communication and other issues.S private high schools should combine the characteristics of teachers' work,job responsibilities and other elements,follow the principles of quantitatively designing assessment indicators,full participation and openness and fairness,and scientific application of assessment results.On the basis of improving the current teacher performance appraisal plan,the teacher behavior,teaching ability,and teaching research ability are further defined as performance appraisal indicators,and different proportions are given to them in combination with the actual teaching.At the same time,strengthen the feedback and communication of performance appraisal results and improve the ability to use the results.In order to ensure better incentives for teachers,S private high schools must start with organizational guarantees,system guarantees,technical guarantees,and cultural guarantees to further promote the improvement and perfection of the teacher performance evaluation program,and promote the objective and efficient implementation of this teacher evaluation system.
