A hundred years of life,standing in early childhood.Preschool education is the starting point of basic education and the beginning of lifelong education.It is the basic project for the entire national education system and the goal of building an educational power.Therefore,governments at all levels in our country also attach great importance to the development of inclusive preschool education.In 2010,in order to better promote the development of preschool education,the State Council proposed to carry out inclusive preschool education,that is,to allow every school-age child to have the opportunity to enjoy high-quality preschool education services.Since the implementation of the inclusive preschool education policy for nearly 10 years,my country has made certain achievements in preschool education.For example,the investment in preschool education has increased significantly,the enrollment rate has continued to increase,and the level of popularization has increased significantly.But at the same time,there are many problems,such as the low level of public services for preschool education,"difficulty in entering kindergartens" and "expensive entrance to kindergartens",etc.These problems have caused the failure to truly solve the public's demand for inclusive preschool education.At the same time,there is a mismatch between the information of the supplier and the demander.Therefore,understanding the current public's satisfaction with the inclusive preschool education policy and discovering the problems in the implementation of the policy are the main thrust of this article.On the basis of reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper uses customer satisfaction theory and public policy evaluation theory to sort out the inclusive preschool education policies and the current situation in the country and Beijing,and on this basis proposes inclusive preschool education policy satisfaction Degree evaluation index system,constructed the public satisfaction model of the Beijing Municipal Government's inclusive preschool education policy,and put forward relevant hypotheses.The article collected data through questionnaires and sorted out and analyzed the collected data.As a result,it found that the public in Beijing was satisfied with the inclusive preschool education policy.Finally,countermeasures were put forward based on the problems,and an optimization model of inclusive preschool education policy satisfaction was constructed,and feasible suggestions and measures were put forward in a targeted manner,which would help to make up for the inadequacy of the current inclusive preschool education policy in my country.
