| In the tradition of Chinese society,"teacher" is a person who initiates students with knowledge and teacher is the incarnation of virtues and proprieties.However,after1990 s,the status of teachers,especially rural teachers,are getting worse and worse than before.Rural middle school teachers are more likely to produce job burnout.According to the questionnaire survey of middle school teachers’ job burnout in C Town,H Province,the study explores and analyses the reasons of teachers’ job burnout by group social work ways.Then analyses the current condition of teachers’ job burnout by combine the theoretical knowledge of sociology and other subjects.Firstly,conduct a questionnaire survey among all teachers in the whole school to select those teachers who have the feeling of job burnout.Then,middle school teachers with strong burnout are research objects,and teachers were encouraged to sign up and set up groups on a voluntary basis.Social workers designed intervention programs for group work to intervene and treat group members.The paper from these three aspects of job burnout makes a further analysis and research of the teachers with job burnout feelings,and then more accurately confirm that the causes of burnout of rural middle school teachers involve four aspects: individual,family,organization and society.Then,collect some data and analyze the pre-test and post-test data to collect and sort out the feedback of these team members on the intervention process of social workers.Then evaluate and analyze the intervention influence of group work.The final analysis results show that the key factor is the teachers’ correct cognition,and the auxiliary factors are the supports from family,school and society.Finally,provide some reasonable suggestions to stimulate teachers’ work enthusiasm and effectively help rural education to revitalize. |
