With the continuous development of the economy and society,the occupational work pressure in various industries across the country is constantly increasing,and job burnout has become a common situation in today’s society.Occupational burnout has become an important factor affecting people’s career development,work effectiveness,and happiness.The target audience of junior high school teachers is teenagers who are in adolescence,and due to its impact,there is a high incidence of occupational burnout among junior high school teachers.The relative scarcity of educational resources in rural areas has led to a generally high level of work pressure on rural middle school teachers,which has led to their occupational burnout being more severe compared to other teachers.This article conducts a special study on the occupational burnout of rural middle school teachers,aiming to explore scientific ways to alleviate teacher occupational burnout.While improving the quality of rural education,it effectively maintains the stability of rural teachers’ careers and enhances their health status.This article takes rural primary and secondary school teachers from A Middle School in Jianchuan County as the research object.Through literature research,questionnaire,interview,quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis,and other methods,the current situation of occupational burnout of rural secondary school teachers is analyzed.Factors that affect occupational burnout of rural secondary school teachers are identified from four aspects: individual teachers,students,schools,and society,and targeted opinions are proposed.The article is mainly divided into four parts.Firstly,the introduction section.This section mainly focuses on the common problem of teacher burnout in the current teaching industry,searching,consulting,and retrieving relevant literature at home and abroad,as well as explaining relevant theories and concepts.Secondly,the investigation and research section on the current situation of occupational burnout among rural middle school teachers.This section mainly sorts out and analyzes the data on the investigation of teachers in A Middle School in Jianchuan County.Furthermore,the analysis of the causes of occupational burnout among rural middle school teachers.This section mainly uses the data analysis results of the previous chapter and the interviews with teachers at the school to analyze the causes of occupational burnout among rural middle school teachers.Research has found that the reasons for teachers’ occupational burnout can be summarized as teachers’ own factors,student factors,school factors,and social factors.Finally,the countermeasures to alleviate the occupational burnout of rural middle school teachers.This section mainly provides reference opinions for the reasons analyzed in the previous chapter,and proposes feasible countermeasures from four aspects: teachers themselves,student management,school,and social management adjustments,mainly including:(1)improving self personality defects;(2)Teachers should clarify their own role positioning;(3)Teachers have a clear plan for their own professional development;(4)Urge students to form a competitive awareness;(5)Enhancing the learning enthusiasm of rural middle school students;(6)Guide rural middle school students to cooperate with class management;(7)Reasonably allocate teacher tasks in schools;(8)Improve the teacher management system;(9)Optimize the evaluation mechanism for rural middle school teachers;(10)Reduce social pressure on teachers;(11)Increase investment in rural secondary education;(12)Increase the social group’s sense of identification with rural middle school teachers.This provides a reference for solving the problem of occupational burnout among rural middle school teachers. |
