A strong youth makes a strong nation.The quality of teachers' development is directly related to the future of children and the future of the country.In China,the central government has always been very concerned about the construction of teacher team,such as the construction of a new era of high-quality,professional and innovative teacher team is one of the important strategies of China's construction of education modernization.Young people need to have a strong body first,and primary school is the basic stage to cultivate students' sports consciousness and build a strong body,and primary school physical education teachers are the main body of the implementation of physical education,is the key to cultivate students' sports consciousness.Numerous studies have shown that mentally healthy,motivated teachers invest more in their education and teaching and have a higher level of commitment to the school organization.This paper uses organizational commitment scale,job involvement scale,and revised primary school physical education teachers psychological questionnaire to investigate the primary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou,to explore the relationship between primary school physical education teachers' positive psychology,organizational commitment and job involvement.In this study,a random sample survey was conducted on primary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou by using the methods of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistical analysis.The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0,and the relationship between positive psychological organizational commitment and job involvement of primary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou was studied.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Primary school physical education teachers show a high level of positive psychology,age,teaching years,education,working environment,professional title and other factors will affect the positive psychology of primary school physical education teachers.(2)Primary school physical education teachers have a higher level of organizational commitment.Factors such as age,teaching years,education level and professional title will affect the organizational commitment of primary school physical education teachers.(3)Primary school physical education teachers have a high level of job involvement.Factors such as age,teaching years,education level and professional title will affect the job involvement of primary school physical education teachers.(4)There is a significant correlation among the positive psychology,organizational commitment and job involvement of primary school physical education teachers.(5)The positive psychology of primary school physical education teachers can have a certain positive predictive effect on organizational commitment and job involvement,and organizational commitment can also have a certain positive predictive effect on job involvement.(6)The organizational commitment of primary school physical education teachers played a partial mediating role in positive psychology and job involvement,but did not play a complete mediating role.
