The organizational commitment of the teachers means that teachers firmly believe in thegoal of the school, recognize and accept school values, self-motivatedly make every effort, anddesire to work in schools. Teacher Organization Commitments involves the stability of theteaching force. To strengthen the research into the organizational commitment of the teachers hasbecome the new requirement of the development of contemporary education, and the researchinto organizational commitment of the Guangzhou Private middle school teachers isimprovement to its overall research.In this research, we used literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statisticsanalysis to investigate and analyze376teachers in Guangzhou, and we analyzed the currentsituation of middle school teachers’ organizational commitment. We explored the effects ofpersonal factors and organizational factors on teachers’ organizational commitment. In the end ofthe article, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the level of middle school teachers’organizational commitment.The results show that: firstly, the teachers’ organizational commitment in Guangzhou Privatemiddle schools is at medium level; the level of affective commitment is the best, and followed bynormative commitment and continued commitment. Secondly, personal factors have differentinfluences on teachers’ organizational commitment. Gender, marriage, education andqualifications have some correlation to the commitment. The older the teachers are, the strongerthe commitment is. So it is the same with the seniority. The commitment of those who are alsoclass advisors is much stronger than those who are not. The commitment of those who haveworked three to five years reaches highest while those who have worked six to ten years thelowest. Finally, the teachers’ organizational commitment is positively related to organizationalsupport and job satisfaction.According to the above conclusions, we provide measures and suggestions to improve thelevel of organizational commitments. On one hand, the government should fully support thedevelopment of private middle schools and carry out the favoring policies to promote itsdevelopment. On the other hand, perfect the inner administrative system and improve the overalllevel of organizational commitment. First of all, the people-oriented management is of greatsignificance. Secondly, build up a scientific and reasonable compensation management system.At last, we need to better campus culture and try to create a positive atmosphere.
