In recent decades, research on organizational commitment of teacher and its development has become an important topic in the field of management of teacher recently. Organizational commitment, the norm which forecasts for staff's resignation and absence, reflects the staff's resignation behavior and performance in the work and influences the efficiency and efficacy of the organization, is praised highly by the organizers of enterprises for its applied value. Being introduced the concept of organizational commitment into the field of education management, the concept of organizational commitment of university teachers refers to the degree of approval of and how much energy the teachers put into the organization of university and its aims in the special organization of universities. Being an intermediary index variance, it is closely related with teachers'attitudes towards work, their performance in the work and the inclination whether they will go or stay and also it has influence on the benefit and efficacy of the university organization. This research, which chooses the university teachers in ten universities of three cities in GuangXi as subjects, mainly focuses on the question of the organizational commitment of university teachers in this area. With the help of research methods such as documentary method, observation, interview, questionnaire, and statistics and so on as the tool of data collection and analysis, this article explored the whole present situation of organizational commitment of university teachers in GuangXi, the influence of the variable of population statistics on organizational commitment, and the mutual relationship among university teachers'organizational commitment, organizational perception, the degree of job satisfaction and job involvement. At the end of the article, some suggestions are put forward to management organ to improve the level of university teacher's organizational commitment, in the hope of improving teacher management and the efficiency and efficacy of university management.The results indicate as follows:Firstly, university teachers'organizational commitments include three key factors: affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment. The whole level of organizational commitment of university teachers in GuangXi is medium; affective commitment ranks the first, followed by normative commitment and continuance commitment.Secondly, the variable of population statistics has certain influences on university teachers'organizational commitments. Generally speaking, age, title, years of present post , the type and location of universities influence university teachers'organizational commitment'three factors obviously. University teachers'affective commitment has remarkable difference in age, title, length of service as a teacher, the type and location of universities. University teachers'normal commitment has remarkable difference in gender, age, the type and location of universities. influence University teachers'continuance commitment has remarkable difference in age, academic credentials, years of present post , length of service as a teacher and the type of universities. However, organizational commitment of university teachers has no remarkable difference in marital status.Thirdly, university teachers'organizational perception is closely related with university teachers'organizational commitment and its three factors. Those eight content variables in organizational perception can predict organizational commitment and its factors to a certain degree. Among them, university teachers'perception of"participation","aim", and"information"in organization have an obvious influence on organizational commitment.Fourthly, university teachers'degree of job satisfaction and its factors has a remarkable bearing on organizational commitment.3 factors in job satisfaction can predict the degree of organizational commitment and its factors.Fifthly, university teachers'organizational commitment is closely related with university teachers'job involvement, job involvement can predict the degree of organizational commitment and its factors.Sixthly, there have mutual relationship among university teachers'organizational commitment, university teachers'organizational perception, university teachers'job satisfaction and university teachers'job involvement. University teachers'organizational perception, job satisfaction and job involvement influence their organizational commitment by four ways.
