With the development of teachers' specialization,the concept of training outstanding teachers has arisen and received increasing attention.Based on the concept of excellent teacher training,the United States puts forward new requirements for pre-service teacher education practice.Michigan State University,as one of the first four universities in the "New Age Teacher Program" in the United States,has set a good example of training outstanding teachers.Based on Michigan State University's pre-service teacher education practice mechanism,this paper analyzes the requirements of American excellent teacher training concept for education practice,and how Michigan State University's education practice mechanism responds to the requirements of excellent teacher training concept for pre-service teacher training.This paper has the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the origin,research problems,research significance and methods,the definition of related concepts and the literature review after combing the existing literature.The second part mainly analyzes the educational practice under the concept of excellent teacher training in the United States,and analyzes the background of the concept of excellent teacher training in the United States.Based on the pursuit of high-quality teacher education,the requirements of student groups under the background of multicultural society and the need to improve the quality of education,the American government attaches importance to pre-service teacher education practice,and puts forward new requirements based on excellent teacher training for both teacher education and pre-service education practice,that is,to cultivate community cooperation that conforms to the development of the times,can know students,create discipline connections,master various teaching methods and reflect on teaching.The third part analyzes the development of Michigan State University's educational practice under the concept of excellent teacher training.Starting from the development process of Michigan State University's educational practice,Michigan State University attaches importance to knowledge-based teachers,skilled teachers and research-oriented and professional teachers.Under the background of American excellent teacher training concept,Michigan State University's pre-service teacher education practice also aims at the development of excellent teachers.This chapter analyzes the response of project design to the concept of excellent teacher training before the internship,starting from various guarantees before the internship mechanism.The fourth part analyzes the practice implementation of Michigan State University's educational practice mechanism under the concept of excellent teacher training,this paper analyzes the adaptation teaching stage,guiding teaching stage,guiding teaching preparation stage,guiding teaching stage and leading teaching stage,as well as the practice evaluation stage in educational practice under the whole-year and standardized practice framework.The five part summarizes and analyzes the unique advantages and characteristics of Michigan State University's pre-service teacher education practice,and analyzes its practice of cultivating outstanding teachers;At the same time,on the basis of summary,it analyzes the future development trend of pre-service teacher education practice in Michigan State University.
