We are entering a learning society,what is the essence of learning? What are the rules in the learning process? What kind of aspirations do students in learning have? These have become the questions that educators must think about on the way to practice the Educational ideals.In this context,the academia has put out the slogan "Teach for transfer",Making this ancient proposition rejuvenated.As a learning theory,learning transfer theory looks at learning issues from the perspective of individual experience integration in the learning process,and strive to improve teaching to promote effective use of individual experience,which deeply embodies the concept of student-oriented.Philosophy knowledge teaching in high school is an important part of cultivating the core qualities of political discipline.The disciplinary nature of philosophy determines the rationality of the application of learning transfer theory in its teaching,because from a macro perspective,As the "mother of science",philosophy can excavate relevant content from various specific subjects in high school as teaching materials,and from a micro perspective,The teaching of materialism,dialectics,epistemology and other chapters can also "lay bridges and build paths" between each other,Realize the transfer concept that learning influences learning.On the basis of field observations,interviews and investigations of the teaching situation in middle schools,this research tried to use normative analysis to optimize the teaching of Philosophical knowledge guided by the theory of learning transfer.On the basis of in-depth discussion on the scientific transfer rules in the learning process;how to use the influencing factors and occurrence rules of transfer to design teaching,how to evaluate students' academic achievements and other issues,The logical structure of the content of this paper has been improved.The main part of this thesis includes four aspects.First,Introduction to Learning Transfer Theory.Including the definition of learning transfer,the classification of transfer activities,and a detailed introduction to the research trends of learning transfer theory;Second,Analysis of the feasibility and importance of learning transfer theory to guide philosophy teaching.The unique disciplinary nature of philosophy,the cognitive laws of students' learning process,and the current implementation of " Ideological and Political Theories teaching in All Courses " have created possibilities and conditions for philosophy teaching under the guidance of learning transfer theory.The teaching of philosophical knowledge guided by the learning transfer theory is of great significance in helping students understand knowledge,use knowledge,and develop learning capacity;Third,Investigate and study the current problems of philosophy teaching in middle school education.The contradictions existing in the current philosophy classroom teaching process are concentrated on the two aspects of learning content and learning atmosphere,and the interaction of subjective and objective conditions has created problems in philosophy teaching;Fourth,Aiming at the problems and contradictions in teaching,formulate strategies to guide philosophy teaching by learning transfer theory.The teaching system requires the three links to be carried out step by step before class,during class,and after class.The pre-class preparation stage prepares suitable teaching materials and method design for the realization of knowledge transfer;methodical classroom teaching activities promote the generation of learning situations;set necessary after-school homework tasks to strengthen the effect of learning transfer and realize effective teaching.
