| In recent years,with China’s relevant policies and regulations on tourism,tourism industry gradually has obtained normative development,and the standards for tourism talents are also enhanced.Therefore,for the front-line service personnel in vocational colleges and tourism management personnel in the undergraduate college,it is necessary to reform the traditional tourism teaching method and train the tourism talents.Learning transfer has always been a very important research topic in teaching research,and it runs through various forms of study.In school teaching,it is necessary to train students’ ability to learn and transfer,so that students can get effective learning method,which is not only advocated by the current educational circles,but also conforms to the requirements of modern society for the talents cultivation.The publishment of general framework of "Chinese students’ core development quality",which means that the school teaching in China has gradually transformed from the original focus on imparting knowledge to the cultivation of the students’ ability and accomplishment,shows that developing the students’ ability of learning transfer has become a particularly important part of teaching content.Based on this,the tourism management undergraduates’ learning transfer ability for culture study is very necessary,which can make students better develop their own capabilities to serve the tourist industry better.The specific contents of this thesis are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,methods,and the summary of the relevant research results at home and abroad.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly consists of two parts.The first part introduces the relevant concepts of learning transfer and defines the definition of learning transfer ability.The second part introduces the relevant theories,which guide the teaching of tourism management undergraduate education and trains students’ good learning transfer ability to provide the corresponding theoretical basis.The third chapter is the scale development and data processing,which mainly includes four parts.The first part mainly illustrates and defines the selection of the research variables.In this part,the hypotheses are made based on literature research,and than the theoretical model is constructed.The second part is mainly about the development of measuring scale.Based on the existing literatures,expert consultations and student interviews,the questionnaire was designed,and preliminary investigation and formal investigation were conducted.The third part is the data processing and analysis of the valid questionnaires.The fourth part mainly analyzes the causes of the empirical research.In the fourth chapter,this thesis puts forward some strategies to train the learning transfer ability in tourism management from three aspects:learning attitude,learning motivation and cognitive structure.Finally,the last part,a summary and prospect of this paper,it includes mainly summarizes and contributions of this thesis.Besides,it also points out some deficiencies in the compilation process. |
