Modern psychologists generally, transfer of learning is "a study on another kind of",which has two kinds of learning interaction. Transfer of learning directly relates to thestudents’ learning efficiency, situations and problems involving knowledge skills studentswill learn in the social life of the solution. As American psychologist M.L. than latticepoints out:"learning transfer is a pillar finally education must rely. If students are learningin school that the material does not help them further academic program, and not only inthe present, but also in the later in life more effectively cope with various situations, that is,they waste a lot of time in their." Information technology application is strong, class islimited, development is rapid, so to carry out the transfer teaching in informationtechnology disciplines is necessary. Information technology subject content for thefundamental procedural knowledge, have the relevant theory and research foundations,therefore in the primary school information technology curriculum in migration teaching isfeasible. However, in the actual classroom teaching is lack of guidance migration theory,this reduces the efficiency of classroom teaching to a large extent, hindered the healthydevelopment of education. Therefore, study on the primary school teaching practice ofinformation technology transfer theory based learning is necessary.In order to improve the students’ learning efficiency and the ability of the knowledgeapplied to practical life, promote the transfer of information technology classroom inprimary school, the learning transfer theory as the guide, based on the primary schoolinformation technology curriculum and teaching characteristics, analyzes on the necessity,feasibility and influence factors of transfer in Teaching primary school informationtechnology teaching. According to the different links in the teaching of the fifth to promotethe positive transfer of teaching strategies, teaching strategies which migration guide linkincluding migration strategy scenarios; transfer teaching strategy new teaching linksincluding analogical transfer, learning strategies, strategy paradigm changing exercisestrategy; summarize the transfer teaching strategy consolidate links including operation schema strategy. In order to verify the validity of the migration of teaching strategies, theauthor has done a teaching experiment for a month to practice primary school.Experimental setup the experimental class and the control class, the experimental classusing the above five kinds of transfer teaching strategy, in the control class using commonteaching strategy, the end of the experiment were post test and questionnaire, thecalculation of the percentage migration effect. The post test statistical analysis ofexperimental data, verify the transfer teaching strategy can effectively improve studentachievement, have a positive impact on the current and future students. Through thecalculation of the transfer percentage, means that the occurrence of positive transfer.According to the analysis of the experimental data questionnaire can be drawn, migrationcan be thought of teachers and students feel, influence character by environment influenceon the students, the students have the awareness of the migration method to promote theirlearning to learn in the future. Summed up in the migration experiences in teaching, andprovide reference for the migration of teachers.
