With the implementation of the new textbook of "ministry edition" in the whole country,reading teaching has become a part of junior middle school Chinese teaching;And the Chinese reading questions are becoming more and more important in the examination over the years,accounting for a lot of proportion of Chinese examination questions.In recent years,the reform of Chinese curriculum has been continuously promoted,and the research results of reading teaching are more and more;However,it is still an urgent problem to improve students' reading comprehension ability in junior high school Chinese teaching.In view of this,the author makes an in-depth investigation of Anmin middle school in Luochuan County,and puts forward some corresponding strategies.The paper is divided into five parts.Based on the current reading teaching background,this paper on reading teaching,Firstly,the concepts of "reading" and "reading teaching" are defined;Then,it summarizes the theoretical basis of this study from the aspects of curriculum standards,gary-d-boricky's effective teaching methods and Maslow's humanistic psychology.The third part,taking Anmin middle school in Luochuan as an example,analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of junior middle school Chinese reading teaching from two aspects of teachers and students.The main problems for teachers are that there is no plan for reading teaching,inadequate preparation before class;The main problem of students is that the amount of reading is not enough,most students lack interest in reading.From the perspective of teachers,there are mainly some reasons,such as outdated reading teaching ideas,lack of skills,lack of students' reading evaluation system,limited explanation content in the examination and so on;From the perspective of students,the lack of reading time,and the evaluation standard of reading teaching is single;the in relative lack of resources are also important factors affecting the improvement of reading ability.in order to provide some reference for teachers to improve junior high school Chinese reading teaching.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies for the problems existing in the reading Chinese teaching.From the perspective of students,the lack of reading time,and the evaluation standard of reading teaching is single Students should expand the amount of reading,establish a reading evaluation model for students,and quantify students' acquisition results.Students should expand the amount of reading,expand the scope of knowledge,read widely,give full play to the dominant position,change passive to active,and finally achieve the improvement of reading ability.The conclusion part summarizes the content of the paper,in order to provide some reference for teachers to improve junior high school Chinese reading teaching.
