Abstract/Summary:
Over the years,Over the years,the state has repeatedly issued policies to reduce the burden of primary school students,has been committed to improving the heavy schoolwork burden of primary school students,promote the overall healthy development of primary school students,on the one hand reflects the state to reduce the burden of primary school students,on the other hand also reflects the effect of reducing the burden is not satisfactory.There is even a strange phenomenon of "reducing the burden in school and increasing the burden outside school".The reduced burden in school is found by parents.It can be seen that the current problem cannot be fundamentally solved only by centering on school governance to reduce burden.The implementation of off-campus burden reduction is the key to solve the current schoolwork burden problem of primary school students.The focus of burden reduction should be shifted from "off-campus burden reduction" to "off-campus burden reduction".In view of this,this study takes XXX Primary School in Nanning City as a case study,using questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods,and focuses on discussing the problem of reducing the burden of lower grades in primary schools.It is found that at present,there are many problems in the lower grades of primary school,such as the excessive amount of after-school study,the long time of after-school study,the long time of extra written homework assigned by parents,the serious lack of sleep time and the lack of physical exercise.This is closely related to the heavy schoolwork burden of students in the lower grades of primary schools.In respect of the elementary school lower grade students,the parents of students and their policy lack of correct understanding,high expectations and demands of their children,there is inappropriate education idea,the parent role awareness deviation,parents of psychology of the competition and herd behavior,compensation to pass on and parents to consumer to dodge responsibility has become an important resistance relief,etc.In order to effectively reduce the burden and promote the healthy growth of students in lower grades in primary school,we can promote the implementation of burden reduction from the three dimensions of school,teacher and family under the background of home-school cooperation.Schools should strengthen the publicity of burden reduction,help parents form a correct understanding of burden reduction,and open more classes for parents.Guide parents to set up the correct concept of parenting and talent,provide a learning platform for parents,improve parents’ family education ability;Teachers should constantly strengthen learning,improve their own professional quality,pay attention to communication with parents,and keep abreast of students’ academic trends;Families should take the initiative to participate in school management,deepen the cognition of school education and teaching,make efforts to create a relaxed,democratic and harmonious family atmosphere,reasonably arrange children’s spare time,project reasonable education expectation,so as to reduce the burden into practice.
