A Study On The Effect Of Family Support On Reproductive Willingness Of Women Of Childbearing Age In Sichuan

This paper uses the dynamic monitoring data of Sichuan Provincial Health Committee in 2019 to study the influence mechanism of family support on reproductive intention of women of childbearing age in Sichuan,and to provide corresponding policy suggestions for improving reproductive intention of women of childbearing age in Sichuan.The results show that both instrumental support and emotional support can effectively affect the fertility intention of women of childbearing age in Sichuan Province.In terms of emotional support,spouse support and relative support have a significant impact on the number of ideal children and family planning children of Sichuan women of childbearing age,and the impact on the latter is greater than the former,while the elderly support mainly affects the number of ideal children of women.In terms of instrumental support,economic support and care support will affect the number of ideal children and family planning children of women of childbearing age in Sichuan at the same time,and care support has a greater impact than economic support.However,due to the physical conditions of both parents,most of the women of childbearing age in Sichuan can not get the caring support from both parents.Based on this,this paper proposes that the government should actively promote the kindergarten service environment to alleviate the difficulties of family care;at the same time,increase the length of male paternity leave to promote father's participation in family care;on the other hand,the government should implement family care The system of child care allowance can relieve the economic pressure within the family.Enterprises should strictly implement the maternity leave system,and actively build a welfare environment for women of childbearing age.The society as a whole should promote the equalization of social services.The government and enterprises can provide professional spiritual support and material support for women of childbearing age through labor purchase.Through various measures to establish a fertility friendly society,so as to promote women of childbearing age to improve their fertility desire.
