Research On The Fertility Security Of Female Workers In Changchun City And Its Countermeasures Under The Construction Of Fertility Friendly Society

Since the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,although the fertility rate has been increased temporarily,with the influence of factors such as increased economic expenditures for childbirth,hindered female career development,and shortage of supporting public services,there are still many women of childbearing age who have second children.Willingness is suppressed and it is difficult to form reproductive behaviors.In response to this problem,the National Health and Family Planning Commission organized a "National Family Planning Conference" in early 2017,which proposed "building a reproductive-friendly social environment",that is,building a family friendly to the subjects of reproductive and reproductive behaviors,and The overall social environment that enables its reproductive needs to be effectively met,and the reproductive security policy has become an important aspect of its construction.At the same time,it emphasizes the continuous establishment and improvement of supporting policies,and vigorously promotes the deepening of service management reforms,with a view to solving a series of social problems caused by low fertility.Therefore,speeding up the construction of a child-friendly society puts forward new requirements for the current childbirth security.Based on the theory of family reproductive cost,gender theory and positive welfare theory,the article employs option survey way,document analysis way and inquiry way to put into practice and analysis of the current female workers’ willingness to reproduce and the needs of reproductive security in Changchun City.From this,the current status of the three aspects of reproductive economic security,reproductive health security and reproductive employment security has been drawn,and the corresponding reproductive economic security level is low and unbalanced,the content of reproductive health protection is not diversified,and the strength of reproductive employment security is found.Insufficiency of these three aspects.After analyzing the causes of the above problems,in the context of the construction of a child-friendly society,it is proposed to increase the level of economic security and reduce the cost of family reproductive;enrich the content of health care services,promote the diversification of health protection;strengthen supervision and the supply of supporting services,and optimize employment security A series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the birth protection system,including the environment.
