| The general curriculum outline of international Chinese teaching expounds the "cultural ability" as an important part of the comprehensive use of language.Therefore,the cultivation of cultural ability is also an important goal of the education of overseas students.Based on the outline,this paper analyzes the connotation of cultural ability training and the feasibility of the concept of "promoting learning by competition" to the cultivation of cultural ability of overseas students from four aspects,including cultural knowledge,cultural understanding,cross-cultural communication and international vision.Taking Shenyang Normal University as an example,This paper makes a thorough and detailed investigation on the current situation of cultural ability cultivation of overseas students in China under the guidance of the concept of "promoting learning by competition",analyzes the remarkable effect of various cultural competitions on the cultivation of cultural ability of overseas students and the problems to be solved.Then,under the guidance of relevant theories,the optimization strategy of cultural ability training of overseas students is put forward.The paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part introduces the background and significance of this paper,and defines the main research contents of this paper based on combing the previous research results.It defines the two important concepts of this paper,"cultural ability" and "promoting learning by competition",and explains the main research methods and innovations of this paper.The first chapter analyzes the feasibility of the culture ability training of the students who stay in China by the concept of "promoting learning by competition" from the relationship between "promoting learning by competition" and the cultivation of cultural ability of overseas students.The second chapter takes Shenyang Normal University as the research object,through the interviews with managers,teachers and students,to understand the actual situation of the culture ability cultivation of the students who stay in China under the concept of "promoting learning by competition",and expounds the Enlightenment of the investigation results to the cultivation of cultural ability of overseas students,that is,the mechanism of cultivating the cultural ability of overseas students under the concept of "promoting learning by competition" should be optimized.The third chapter,based on the results of the survey,discusses the optimization strategy of the cultural ability training mode of overseas students from the perspective of cultural knowledge,cultural understanding,cross-cultural ability and international vision under the guidance of the theory of demand level,constructivism and informal learning,The paper constructs the mechanism and basic process of cultivating cultural ability of Chinese students with the concept of "promoting learning by competition".The fourth chapter designs a series of cultural competitions with operability on the theme of "I come as a guide",aiming to provide design reference for the cultivation of cultural ability of international students under the concept of "promoting learning by competition".The results show that various cultural competitions under the concept of "promoting learning by competition" play an important role in stimulating the learning motivation and optimizing learning strategies of overseas students.It is an important way for overseas students to learn cultural knowledge,enhance cultural understanding,form cross-cultural ability and international vision,and also an appropriate choice for the cultivation of cultural ability of overseas students. |
