Objective:By observing the changes of aerobic ability, anaerobic ability index and special achievement of the members of the orientation team of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education during the pre-match training, the aim is to analyze the scientificity and rationality of the athlete’s pre-match training plan and evaluate whether the training has achieved the expected results. It provides reference basis for coaches to make training plans and implement scientific training. Methods:Sixteen directional team members(8 males and 8 females)from Xi’an Institute of Physical Education were selected as subjects to observe the changes of aerobic ability, anaerobic ability index and special performance before and after pre-competition training.Aerobic capacity was tested by power bicycle,COSMED cardiopulmonary function tester, anaerobic capacity by anaerobic power bicycle, blood lactic acid by blood lactic acid tester. The data were processed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software package and expressed as((?)+S).Paired sample t test was used to compare the data before and after the treatment, and P<0.05 was used as the significant difference level.Results:(1)After 2 months of Pre-competition training, the V02max,Hrmax,VEmax,AT-HR and AT-RR of female Orienteering cross-country athletes increased significantly compared with those before training(P<0.05),V02max-MET increased(P>0.05),AT-V02,AT-VE.,AT-MET.,AT-time to reach AT increased significantly(P<0.001),AT-oxygen pulse and AT-%V02max increased significantly(P<0.01).In addition, the blood lactate level of female athletes in the recovery period of 15 minutes after incremental load exercise was significantly lower than that before training(P<0.001).The VO2max,Hrmax,VEmax and V02max-MET of male Orienteering cross-country team members increased significantly compared with before training(P<0.05),while AT-HR,AT-RR,AT-V02,AT-VE,AT-MET,AT-oxygen pulse,AT-%V02max and the time to reach AT did not change significantly(P>0.05).The blood lactate level of male athletes in the recovery period of 15 minutes after incremental load exercise was significantly lower than that before training(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in other recovery periods.(2)After 2 months of Pre-competition training, the maximum power and average power of male and female Orienteering cross-country athletes in 10 seconds of anaerobic power and 60 seconds of anaerobic power increased significantly compared with that before training(P<0.05),The 5-second power of the female orienteering player accounted for the maximum power%,the power of 10 seconds accounted for the maximum power/%,and the increase trend was not significant(P>0.05).The 5 second power of the men’s orienteering team members increased the maximum power. However, there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the power of 10 seconds accounted for the maximum power%decreased compared with that before training, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The blood lactic acid values of female Orienteering cross-country athletes in the recovery period of 2 minutes after 10 seconds maximum load exercise and in the recovery period of 4 minutes were significantly lower than those before training(P<0.05),and the blood lactic acid values in the recovery period of 6 minutes were significantly lower than those before training(P<0.01).The blood lactic acid value of male Orienteering cross-country athletes in the recovery period of 2 minutes after 10 seconds maximum load exercise did not change significantly compared with that before training. After 60 seconds of maximum load exercise, the blood lactate value of women Orienteering Athletes in recovery period decreased significantly(P<0.05)in 7 minutes compared with that before training. The blood lactate value of women Orienteering Athletes in recovery period decreased significantly(P<0.01)in 9 minutes compared with that before training(P<0.001),and the blood lactate value of women Orienteering Athletes in recovery period decreased significantly in 11 minutes compared with that before training(P<0.001).After 60 seconds of maximum load exercise, there was no significant difference in blood lactic acid value between the convalescent period and the pre-training period(P>0.05).At the convalescent period, the blood lactic acid value increased significantly(P<0.01)compared with the pre-training period(P<0.01),and at the convalescent period, the blood lactic acid value increased significantly(P<0.01)compared with the pre-training period(P<0.01).(3)After 2 months of Pre-competition training, male and female Orienteering cross-country team members have shortened the time spent on map reading in campus and park, which is significantly reduce than the total time spent before training.(4)After 2 months of Pre-competition training, the athletes’special speed(100 meters)and endurance(5000 meters)were significantly improved compared with those before training.Conclusion:(1)The pre-match training plan is basically reasonable and has reached the training goal;(2)Through the 8-week pre-match training, the maximum aerobic ability and maximum aerobic exercise ability of the directional team members of the Xi’an Institute of Physical Education have improved compared to the training before, and the men’s team members have improved their effectiveness better than the women’s team members;(3)Through the 8-week pre-match training, the anaerobic working ability of the directional team members of the Xi’an Institute of Physical Education and the elimination ability of blood lactic acid have improved compared to the training before, and the recovery ability of blood lactic acid of the men’s team members is lower than that of the women’s team members;(4)Through the 8-week pre-match training,Xi’an Sports Institute directional team members have improved their ability to map,as well as their special endurance and special speed before training;(5)The maximum aerobic exercise ability and lactic acid tolerance ability of the directional team members of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education have been further improved.
