A Study On The Ethical Dilemma And Supervision Support Of Social Work Interns

The importance of social work practice is determined by the nature of social work as an applied subject.Professional practice has always been the"practice training ground" for students majoring in social work,which bears the important mission of transforming theoretical knowledge into practical experience,and has been attached great importance to by various colleges and universities.As the core of social work education,social work ethics has always been the focus of scholars' attention.It is extremely necessary to guarantee the service quality of social work,and it is also an important basis for defining professional roles and responsibilities and protecting social work practitioners.But with the development of practice,colleges and universities,institutions and student are more pay attention to the social work professional practice skills of ascension,and ignored the students for the understanding and application of social work values and ethics,and cause many interns in the process of professional practice,it is difficult to effectively deal with the issue of ethical dilemmas,and even difficult to difference between ethics and ethical issues,finally made a loss of professional practice value,influence the development of practice education and professional education.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the ethical dilemma of interns.Based on my own internship experience,based on practical experience and problems,the author uses the method of in-depth interview,supplemented by literature research method,and takes D Social Work Agency in Shenyang City as the research field,with a number of interns in the institution as the research object and the author tries to find out the ethical dilemmas encountered by the interns in the internship process,and classifies them,and then summarizes the causes of the ethical dilemmas.On this basis from the perspective of dual supervision support put forward targeted countermeasures and methods.Through the collation and analysis of the interview data,the main research conclusions are drawn.It is found that the ethical dilemmas faced by interns in D social work institutions in Shenyang can be divided into three types:the ethical dilemmas of the dual orientation of internship roles,the ethical dilemmas of the situational choice of practical principles,and the ethical dilemma of the existence of multiple relations.Through the author's in-depth analysis and discussion,from the intern's personal level,internship organization level,school education level summed up the intern ethical dilemma in three aspects of the reasons.On this basis from the institutional practice supervision and school professional supervision two aspects to solve the ethical dilemma of reasonable proposals.This study aims to improve interns'ethical awareness and ethical sensitivity,help them timely find and identify ethical dilemmas,improve practical skills and accumulate practical experience.Through supervision and support,interns can be helped to actively deal with ethical dilemmas,help reduce and solve ethical dilemmas in the internship,and then provide reference for improving professional internship education and professional ethics education,and contribute to the development of the industry.
