Educational equity is the basis for the construction of a harmonious society in our country.The junior high school stage is an important stage for the establishment and development of individual cognition,behavior,and emotion.At this stage,students' demands for "fairness" will become stronger,and they will care more about the teacher's evaluation of themselves.Junior high school students also care more about their participation in class activities and participation in student associations,and pay more attention to showing their own talents.Junior high school students are more sensitive to class education fairness.Paying attention to the fairness within the class is more important for students.Under the basic education policy of our country,the management of junior high school classes should be fair.But judging from the reality,there are many unfair phenomena in class management.It can be seen that the existence of these problems is not only detrimental to the physical and mental health of students,but also endangers the psychological construction of students.Therefore,in-depth exploration of education fairness in the management of junior high school classes is an important subject under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and plays an important role in promoting the "process fairness" of basic education in our country.Therefore,this article from the perspective of students,through actual investigations,deeply explores the educational inequity in class management,and based on this,analyzes its influencing factors and proposes strategies to solve the problem of inequity in class education.Through the combination of theoretical research and field observation,he went to H Middle School in Hohhot for investigation and research.Through the investigation,it is found that the educational unfairness in the management of junior high school classes is mainly manifested in the following aspects: one is the unfairness of education in the daily management,including the unfairness of class organization construction,and the lack of participation of teachers in the daily management of the class;the second is teaching Educational unfairness in management includes lack of teaching management and classroom communication among teachers in class.The third is educational unfairness in student activities,including teachers' non-support for students' participation in social activities and teachers' cognitive biases towards sudden practice.On this basis,this article explores the reasons for the unfairness of education in the management of junior high school classes.The main reasons are the constraints of the system,the cause of the elite education concept,and the misunderstanding of teacher management methods.This article finally puts forward the countermeasures to improve the problem of educational unfairness in the management of junior high school classes,including three aspects: the implementation of the concept of education fairness in teaching management,the implementation of an equal education concept in class management,the improvement of overall quality,and the implementation of new class concepts.Through the research of this article,we hope to improve the educational equity problems in the management of junior high school classes.
