A class is the basic unit that a school carries out educational activities.The fairness and justice of class management is the key to realizing education equity.The paper studies the class management of nine junior middle schools in Nangang District of Harbin City,describes the basic state of educational fairness and realization degree through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the problems and causes of unfairness in class management through interviews and field observation.On this basis,the paper puts forward corresponding solution strategies.Based on the previous relative researches,the paper discusses the background of the topic and the significance of taking individual cases as the object and the work experience of the head teachers as the premise.Drawing on the experience and lessons of relevant researches,the study is designed based on the deficiencies of relevant researches.It makes clear the basic concept and main theoretical basis of the research.By referring to other elements of the questionnaire,the author designs and analyzes a questionnaire on educational fairness in class management to research the educational inequity in class management.At the same time,the author uses interview and field observation method,deeply analyzes of the causes of various phenomena and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The author thinks that,in order to democratize and personalize the management of the class and promote the realization of education fairness,it is a must to start from changing the concept of teachers.The most important thing is that teachers should establish the idea of democracy and equality,strengthen the desire for equal communications between not only teachers and students but also students and students and gradually improve the problems in education,which will influence students' development,such as inequality between teachers and students,different treatment from teachers or contradiction caused by being treated unfairly,and make every effort to create a more harmonious and democratic class.
