Through reading,we can get the source of truth and the power of wisdom from such the ocean of knowledge.The world is so big so that a man’s short life is limited to measure it.Therefore,we can only read a lot of books to understand the unknown aspects of the vast universe.Only through reading,we can accumulate knowledge and cultivate personality;only through reading,we can broaden our horizons and sharpen our wisdom;only through reading,we can sum up past experiences and predict the possibility of the future.Similarly,if we want to consolidate the basic knowledge of middle school students and improve their overall quality,we also must rely on reading.According to the process of students’ growth,the middle school period is particularly important,which is the critical period during which students are accepting and absorbing many new knowledge and strengthening the basic knowledge of various subjects.Therefore,we can not ignore the students’ reading habit,and need to get more attention.This is related to the external social conditions,school education,family support and so on.First of all,starting from specific matters,we should focus on the students’ reading activities in all directions;Secondly,we should try our best to encourage and cultivate students’ reading interests and hobbies;Thirdly,we should think carefully about all kinds of problems and problems encountered by students in reading,and solve them properly in time to achieve good results.In view of the current lack of understanding and investigation of the reading situation of middle school students,middle school students only pay attention to the higher grade examination scores,and schools that despise students’ extracurricular reading can only have nothing Therefore,through the field investigation and understanding of the reading situation of middle school students,I intend to choose this topic,which aims at attracting the attention and attention of all parties in the society,and is expected to get good results.In the aspect of style arrangement,this paper is divided into three parts,with conclusion,appendix and postscript.Part one:On the basis of the preliminary investigation and interview on the reading situation of middle school students,students’ own conditions,teachers and parents’ attitudes,the author fully analyzes,and makes an objective study on the problems and causes encountered by middle school students in reading.Part two:The causes of problems and thoughts that it is to blame for the lack of reading time,poor conditions and short reading habits are analyzed.The Third Part:is mainly for middle school students reading problems specific solutions,methods or personal experiences.It is believed that if reading becomes a daily habit and goes on the right path,we must pay special attention from the perspectives of society,school and family to guide students to combine methods with wisdom during reading,strive to cultivate students’ good reading habits,provide useful reading contents,and encourage students to persist the tireless spirit of the wise men of the past generations in learning.Learning begins with reading,allowing students to read books and make them interest.All in all,the full development of students’ potential needs to rely on reading.Here,call middle school students to do their best to consolidate basic knowledge,and to make improve abilities by reading.
