The reform and innovation of classroom teaching mode is the inevitable choice to promote the development of education.With the deepening of education reform.Students’ active learning is becoming more and more important in subject teaching.The dominant position of students is increasingly prominent.In this context."Student-centered Class" is gradually introduced into the classroom teaching in our country.At present,the research on the teaching mode of "Student-centered Class" mainly focuses on Chinese,mathematics,English and other main courses at home and abroad,but there are few reports on the research of physics classroom in senior high school.This paper is guided by Learning Pyramid Theory,Piaget’s theory of cognitive development,the idea "student-centered" and Subjectivity Education Theory.Through a large number of literature research,this paper combs the current situation and development of "Student-centered Class" teaching mode at home and abroad.The "P + R + 2S" teaching mode is proposed based on the integration of teaching and learning.The teaching mode mainly includes four links: first,students’ learning-"P + S"(preview + classroom presentation);Second,teachers’ Teaching--classroom teaching;The third is the "re-learning" of students-"R + S"(review + classroom re-presentation);The fourth is the "re-teaching" of teachers.In this paper,high school physics "free fall movement" as a teaching case.The students adopt the "Student-centered mode" to improve the learning efficiency.Teachers follow the student-centered teaching method to improve the teaching effect.This teaching model not only can effectively realize the organic integration of teaching and learning,but also improve the quality of education and teaching level.Taking the internship School of Wanzhou high school in Chongqing as the research base.The research content is "free fall movement" in senior grade one.There were 175 senior one students in three experimental classes.This paper adopts the "P + R + 2S" teaching mode to carry out the teaching practice of the typical lesson of "free fall movement".Interviews and questionnaires were conducted before and after the teaching practice.Analysis of the survey results and student performance comparison.The results show that "P + R +2S" teaching mode can effectively improve students’ learning efficiency and give full play to the advantages of students’ autonomous learning.Besides,it can cultivate students’ interest in high school physics learning and improve the classroom effectiveness of teachers.Some useful suggestions are put forward for the deficiencies found in the implementation of the new teaching mode.For the majority of educators in the actual teaching work for reference and reference.
