| After-school service is an extended activity of school classroom teaching.It is an important manifestation of further deepening education and teaching reform,comprehensively implementing and promoting quality education.It can not only enrich students’ after-school life,but also provide students with a time and space for independent development.Sometimes the off-campus tutoring classes put the cart before the horse,making the tutoring classes lose their meaning.Therefore,after-school services in schools came into being.It can solve the social problems of unattended students after school and before parents leave work,protect the health and safety of students,and effectively enhance their educational service capabilities.After-school services can guide students to develop their personality and specialties,promote the physical and mental health of students through participating in sports activities,and cultivate the enthusiasm of participating in sports activities.It also can promote the integration of sports and education,stimulate students’ interest in participating in sports activities,establish the concept of "health first",and truly implement sports to the growth of students.It can better cultivate a new generation of all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,improve the soft power of the country,and lay a foundation for lifelong sports.In order to conscientiously implement the after-school service guidance issued by the state and the spirit of the relevant documents of Liaoning Province and the Jinzhou Education Bureau,Jinzhou Primary School began to carry out after-school services in the fall of 2019.However,because after-school service is a new project in Jinzhou area,there are many problems in the implementation process,so it is very necessary to study the current situation of after-school service about physical education and put forward countermeasures to existing problems.In order to better carry out the after-school service about physical education of primary school,this research selects all students of Zhansi Primary School of Jinzhou as the research object,and adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to carry out the investigation.First,using the literature method to study relevant domestic and foreign literature;secondly,determining the research direction,questionnaire dimensions and interview outline;finally,conducting a questionnaire survey on the students of Zhansi Primary School and interview all frontline physical education teachers,20 parents and 20 students,in order to fully understand the problems existing in the implementation of after-school service about physical education.Through the investigation,the author draws the following conclusions: the after-school service about physical education has achieved certain results since it was launched.It is helpful to exercise students’ physical quality and cultivate students’ interests and specialties.Alleviate the "three-thirty problem";Carry forward the spirit of physical exercise and create a civilized and harmonious campus.But there are also many problems after-school service about Physical Education: there are limitations in content and form;parents have cognitive biases on the after-school service about Physical Education;safety issues;teachers lack of awareness of after-school service and have a heavy burden on it;the school has limited ability for after-school services,etc..In view of the problems existing in after-school service about physical education,this paper puts forward five suggestions: enrich the content and form of after-school service about Physical Education;strengthen publicity to reduce parents’ cognitive deviations of after-school service about Physical Education;establish safety guarantee mechanism in school and strengthen campus safety management;increase teacher training to ensure teachers’ legality rights;government,schools and families share the burden to establish a funding guarantee mechanism. |
