With the current instructional exercises of mankind,institutional punishment has always been an extremely common and traditional method of education.In particular,the "Primary and Secondary School Educational Disciplinary Rules(Trial)" established in 2020 has developed the skill of education discipline directly from the national standard to primary and secondary school instructors.However,today,the concept of comprehending education is still deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.How to adjust the difference between schools and instructors' understanding of education discipline.Also,to better target instructors' right to restrain is a major difficulty we are currently facing.This report uses the literature method,questionnaire method,and interview method to examine the implementation of educational punishment at the elementary level.It is essentially separated into the following four parts: The first part takes Jinzhou X Primary School as a case investigation object.From instructors and students on the requirements for the implementation of educational discipline.The investigation is carried out in five perspectives: understanding,purpose,method,and effect.According to the actual investigation and interview results,the second part is to convey an objective analysis,from the view of instructors and schools to examine the dilemmas in the implementation of primary education punishment,like schools do not implement relative regulations in place.Also,lack of humanistic care for instructors,a vague understanding of punishment.Instructors' unclear understanding of the concept and purpose of education punishment,single implementation of punishment,and failure to meet expectations.The third part investigates the causes based on the above-mentioned problems.The last part purposes targeted strategies for the implementation of educational discipline at the elementary level.For example,the school uses the "Rules" as a guide for action,strengthens teacher training,promotes evaluation and supervision mechanisms.On the other hand,instructors must accurately form class rules,build a correct view of punishment,and be flexible.Use a variety of discipline methods to achieve the purpose of education.In the end,focus on the transformation of compensation after punishment.This research pays attention to the current hot topic of education punishment,which can accommodate a certain reference and source for schools and educators necessarily to complete education discipline.
