As a means of administrative education,educational sanctions are an attractive and significant way to keep the school’s instructional order and enhance pupils’ wholesome growing and overall progress,and the execution of educational corrections,being its central and crucial part,is closely connected with the nurturing impact.In order to govern the educational correction,the Ministry of Education published the "Rules of Educational Correction in Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)" in 2021,which put forward a series of requirements for the implementation of educational correction and clarified that the fundamental purpose of the implementation of educational correction is to enhance the effect of educating people and implement the task of cultivating moral character.Rural elementary school,as the foundation and weak link of education to cultivate talents,must implement educational discipline in a reasonable and standardized manner to ensure the healthy growth and comprehensive development of students.Therefore,it is important to study the implementation of educational discipline in rural elementary school,to understand the current situation of the implementation of educational discipline in rural elementary school,to analyze the problems,and to put forward targeted suggestions to optimize the implementation of educational discipline in rural elementary school,so as to help schools implement educational discipline more effectively,to improve its nurturing effect,and to realize the moral education of people.This article uses literature research,questionnaires and interviews to study the implementation status of educational discipline in three rural elementary schools in S County.The article includes mainly six proportions.The first proportion is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,purpose and significance,current situation of domestic and international research,research ideas and methods,core concepts,and theoretical foundations of this article.The second proportion elaborates on the basic principles of educational discipline implementation based on the policy requirements for educational discipline implementation,and the issues that should be focused on the implementation of educational discipline on this basis.The third proportion analyzes the current situation of educational discipline implementation in three rural elementary school from four dimensions: teachers’ awareness of educational discipline,the basis of educational discipline implementation,the way of educational discipline implementation,and the effect of educational discipline implementation.In the fourth proportion,based on the current situation of educational discipline implementation in the three rural elementary school,the problems in the awareness of educational discipline,the basis of educational discipline implementation,the way and the effect of educational discipline implementation are explored.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the above problems.In the sixth part,from the perspective of promoting the standardization of educational disciplinary implementation and helping rural elementary school to implement the task of cultivating people with moral character,we put forward thoughts and suggestions for optimizing the implementation of educational discipline from four aspects: establishing the correct understanding of educational discipline,standardizing the basis of educational discipline implementation,improving the way of educational discipline implementation,and enhancing the effect of educational discipline implementation.
