Chinese traditional culture is the most ancient and most vigorous culture.It is the source of Chinese culture’s survival,development,innovation and long standing.It is the source of the Chinese nation’s enduring prosperity and development.It is of great practical significance to identify,inherit,carry forward and develop national traditional culture.This textbook contains a large number of excellent traditional culture contents.Based on the teaching of ancient poetry and prose,it has a significant effect on the traditional culture identification education of junior middle school students.This study selects Kuitun no.10 middle school as a case.From the 10 th middle school students questionnaire survey to know,the students in this school are not active in learning ancient poetry and literature,and their recognition of traditional culture remains in the ideological level,which is not implemented in their study and life.In addition,most students do not have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of Chinese traditional festivals.The interview shows that the teachers’ teaching is greatly influenced by the exam-oriented education,and the traditional cultural education goal is not well implemented in the actual teaching.The traditional cultural knowledge of the teachers in this school is insufficient,and the Chinese quality needs to be further improved.In view of the above problems,combining with teaching practice,the author carries out research on traditional culture education from three aspects: the school plays the main role,the family plays the demonstration role,and the society plays the leading role.The traditional culture education should base on the classroom,optimize the teaching method,carry out the teaching activities and play the main role of the classroom teaching.Through the transformation of parents’ traditional culture and education concept,the establishment of parents’ committee and so on to enhance the family’s support in the traditional culture and education;In addition,through the development of intangible cultural heritage,moral hall and other activities,the city’s traditional cultural activities play a leading role and provide some valuable references for improving the current situation of traditional cultural identity education of students in the school.
