Teacher-student relationship between teachers and students in the educational process for the completion of a common educational tasks arising from the relationship between exchanges. The purpose is to ultimately construct a modern new relationship between teachers and students with full communication and understanding, equality and respect, care and encouragement, trust and appreciation, cooperation and win-win and make sure the mutual respect of the value for people.
