The relationship between teachers and students is the most important factor to determine the vitality in education and to achieve all educational conducts and results. From the perspective of inter-subjectivity, the teaching activity is the practice activity, which is regarding the teacher and student as the subjects, acting on the teaching resources by the tie between subjects, and with the aim of recognizing of objective world and promoting subjective world. The inter-subjectivity category have offered the theoretical foundation of explanation for the vitality, abundance and the constructive property of the teaching activity.The communication between teachers and students is an important basis to assure the teaching quality, to realize the meaning of education as a crucial way, to promote the development of physical and mental health of students and teachers, and to contribute for the harmonious campus and society.Based on the status of communication between the teacher and student in universities and colleges, the status of the existing problems with the proposal, we draw the following conclusions:1, Inter-subjectivity takes education as the communication to confirm that education is the survive style with people essentially.2, Inter-subjectivity realizes the understanding of the educational process completely through abandoning the subject-object relationship of subjectivity to transform the educational process to communication practice.3, The communication between teachers and students is the basic way to highlight the inter-subjectivity education.
