The communication between teachers and students, is the most basic form of the teaching activity, runs through the whole process of education. The communication between teachers and students can be or not carried out effectively, directly affects the teaching effect. The traditional relationship between teachers and students, always put the teachers in the subject position, emphasis on the authority of teachers, and ignore main body of students. So, it is very difficult to carry out exchanges between teachers and students on real significance. The main task of education is cultivating the modern talents of the society needs, namely has the subjectivity, creative, have international consciousness of talent. According to the current teacher-student interaction mode is unable to cultivate such talents, we should set up an effective mode of communication between teachers and students. In view of this situation, this paper based on the communicative action theory of Habermas, discusses the construction of the communication type teacher-student relationship model.For the construction of the teacher-student relationship of communication type, this paper firstly defines the main features of this type. Think the teacher-student relationship of communication type has four characteristics:namely language, inter-subjectivity, dialogue, rational and emotional, the core view emphasizes these characteristics consistent with the Habermas’ theory of communicative action. Secondly, this paper mainly analyzes the basis of constructing teacher-student relationship of communication type from the five aspects, including the communicative action, communicative background, communicative purpose and communicative rationality, communication media. This paper think that communication activities are based on the common standard, two or more subjects understand each other through dialogue, language, eventually reach an agreement. Again, emphasizes the basic idea to the construction of the teacher-student relationship of communication type, that is, inter subjectivity, and points out that the communication between teachers and students must be two of the main practice activities between teachers and students. Finally, on the basic of inter-subjectivity of teacher-student relationship idea, constructed a "democratic" teachers and students relationship model, namely the dialogue mode and cooperation mode.
