Class is the basic unit of education and teaching.Class management is one of the core issues of junior high school education,which is becoming more and more important under the background of education reform in the new era.A good class management mode can not only greatly reduce the work pressure of the head teacher,but also maximize the development of students' comprehensive quality.With the development and progress of socialist democratic politics and the gradual enhancement of students' democratic consciousness,it is more and more important to strengthen the democratic management of classes.Practice has proved that in class management,the more thoroughly the democratic spirit is implemented,the more fully democratic procedures are implemented,the stronger the initiative and initiative of students,and the better the construction of class collective.This study selects the teachers and students of a common middle school in Chongqing as the object.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of nearly 100 teachers and students in this university,we have grasped the current situation of democratic management in the class management of ordinary junior high school,and analyzed the existing problems.The survey results of this study show that: the democratic management of junior high school classes has made great progress,schools,class teachers and subject teachers in practice summed up a lot of valuable experience and practice and applied to the class line management.The democratic management of the class makes the democratic consciousness deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and realizes the basic requirements of quality education.But generally speaking,there is still a huge gap between the effect of class democratic management and the ideal model,which is reflected in the level of class democratic management,the effectiveness of democratic management,and the procedures of class democratic management.From the perspective of satisfaction,different subjects participating in junior high school teaching activities have different evaluation on the current situation of class democratic management: the class teacher group thinks that there is a big difference between the realistic evaluation and psychological expectation of class management;the vast majority of students are more satisfied with the work effect of peer participation in democratic management;the parent group is satisfied with the management of the class in which the child belongs.The analysis shows that there are four main reasons for the democratic problems in the class management of junior high school.First of all,the class teacher's understanding of class democratic management is not deep,it is difficult to grasp the "degree" of class democratic management,and the implementation of class democratic management is not in place.Secondly,the students have a one-sided understanding of the meaning of democracy,the consciousness of participating in class democratic management is not strong,and the ability of participating in class democratic management is insufficient.Thirdly,subject teachers and students lack of communication outside of learning,and do not play a full role in class democratic management.Finally,from the perspective of other main factors,family school does not form a joint force in democratic management,the level of school democratic management is poor,and socialist democracy is still in the development stage.Based on the above-mentioned problem discovery and cause analysis,we put forward corresponding improvement suggestions from the perspective of different subjects,mainly including the following points.First of all,we should give full play to the main role of students in class democratic management and respect their independent personality.We should develop students' democratic consciousness and cultivate their democratic management ability.Secondly,we should give full play to the leading role of the class teacher in the democratic management of the class and improve the democratic consciousness of the class teacher.It is necessary to reform the work style of the head teacher and create a good class environment.We should practice the democratic management mode of class and realize scientific management through democratic system and procedure.Secondly,it is necessary to give full play to the educational joint force of class teachers and subject teachers,and develop a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Encourage class teachers and subject teachers to adopt positive education incentive in daily teaching and management,and build a good class atmosphere.Finally,we should give full play to the positive role of family,society and other external factors to form the joint force of family school education.We should promote the practice and development of social democracy,strengthen democratic management in schools,improve the Democratic ecology of society and schools,and create a good background for democratic management of classes.
