| School is the base for training talents.Class is the basic unit of education and teaching in schools.It is the cradle of the healthy growth of students.A good class will encourage students to continue to forge ahead and make them active and happy.To achieve this goal,"Democracy" plays a vital role.Practice proves that students’ role in democracy is stronger,the students’ subjective consciousness and the initiative will also play better.It will also make the class better.The implementation of class democratic management is to cultivate students’ ability to think independently and act independently,and to exercise the enthusiasm of students to manage their own classes.Class teacher is the organizer,leader,in the class of education management to meet the requirements of the times,innovation,the courage to explore,to build a salary of democratic management.However,due to the current social economic environment,social atmosphere,the major changes in the concept of life,to the class management has also brought many problems.Based on the collection and review of the relevant literature on the basis of a county-level city in Jiangsu Province,from an ordinary middle school students as the research object,questionnaire surveys and interviews with 890 students of a middle school in Kunshan,Jiangsu province,To grasp the current status of junior high school democratic management of classes:enhancing students’ democratic consciousness and democratic consciousness,democratic participation consciousness development,democratic management consciousness began to germinate;but the consciousness of democracy and equality should be improved,democratic supervision consciousness,democracy consciousness one-sided.Through the questionnaire and interviews of teachers,we can see that the current middle school democratic consciousness education still has many problems:school students lack of awareness of democracy atmosphere,teachers’ democratic awareness needs to be improved,the democratic consciousness education idea is relatively backward,lack of rationality and single teaching method,boring content implement democratic consciousness education curriculum.For inner obstacles that exist in the middle school class democratic management,and system thinking on the implementation of class management,the paper proposed the four aspects of the thinking path of middle school class democratic management,including the premise condition of democratic management,helping students establish the democratic idea,"learn democracy" in the democratic life,we can learn democratic spirit through democratic practice,develop the democratic habit,synthesize and coordinate various strength in class democratic management.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction;the second part is democratic management of classes and importance;the third part is the present situation and the origin of of democratic management of classes;the fourth part is countermeasures to improve the democratic management of classes;finally,the conclusion and prospect. |
