Class management is an important part of school management, theof quality of class management from a certain extent determines the quality of schooleducation. Democratic management class is one of the best ways to achieve thegoal of classroom management. Democratic management of classes cannot dowithout the participation of students, class management of democracy notonly provide a relatively good learning and living environment for the students, butalso help to shape students’ personality and assertive personality. Based onthe collection and sort out the relevant literature on the basis of a county-level city inHenan Province, selected three high school students as the research object, throughquestionnaire survey, interview and so on the way to understand the current situationof democratic management in ordinary high school students to participate in class,find out the reason of the influence, search for related countermeasures. This study ishope that truly improve the high school class of democratic management capabilities,promote the improvement of democratic management theory class, so high schoolstudents in the class can be fully democratic management in the development, but alsoprovide reference for the democratic management of other high school classes.This article is divided into five parts, the first chapter is introduction, mainlyexplain the cause of my choice, collect related literature, on the basis of defining therelevant concepts, review of the research achievements of democratic management ofclasses available, and points out the research ideas and methods of this paper. Thesecond chapter analyzes the feasibility and significance of high school studentsparticipate in the democratic management of classes. The third chapter on the basis ofinvestigation and analysis, this paper discusses three high school students in some cityto participate in democratic management problems that exist in the class. The fourthchapter on the basis of relevant data, analysis the internal factors that acuse highschool students to participate in democratic management class and external factors. The fifth chapter combined with many factors, the psychological characteristicsof high school students the characteristics of senior high school education andthe high school class management of the status quo, puts forward someeffective strategies to motivate students to actively participate in the democraticmanagement of classes. The last chapter is the reflection on high school democraticmanagement of classes, and further pointed out the research limitations andshortcomings.
