Modern education must meet the needs of social development in the 21 st century,that is,to promote the all-round development and personality development of students Modern primary school is the main position of quality education for primary school students.The basic unit of school education activities is class,scientific and democratic class management,which is of great significance to students-undefined physical and mental comprehensive,healthy and harmonious development.With the development of quality education reform,the traditional class management mode is lagging behind,which is not conducive to the overall development of students and can not adapt to the requirements of the development of students in the new century.Therefore,we must innovate the existing class management model,establish a kind of subjective initiative that can mobilize students,and pay attention to the potential of student development.Class democratic management is a new class management model that provides a stage for students to develop in an all-round way.In the process of promoting quality-oriented education in an all-round way,it is not enough for schools to pay attention to the reform of subject teaching only.The innovation and matching of educational management mode are needed to make it complement each other.Democratic management is a management model that accords with the level of modern students-undefined physical and mental development and ability development.Although democratic management is difficult to implement,we,as educators,will certainly be guided by the mission of "everything for the students,for all for the students" advance despite difficulties.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,the research purpose,the research method,the research significance and the related core concept definition.The second part is about the current situation of democratic management in senior classes in primary schools,from the management idea,the goal of struggle,the standard management,the democratic management,the collective activity,the individuality education,thepsychological optimization,Family coordination factor analysis survey sample class democratic management.The third part is the result discussion and the analysis,from The primary school high grade class teacher class democratic management overall situation,the teacher-undefined gender,the teaching age,the educational background,the teaching subject and so on content has carried on the more detailed data statistics and the analysis.Thus,the conclusion of the investigation is drawn.The fourth part is to explain the main problems existing in the application of democratic management concept in the senior grade class management.The fifth part is to try to put forward the measures and suggestions of democratic management in the senior grade of primary school from the angle of the demands of the times and the realistic needs of the democratic management of the primary school class,and try to make the educators take less detours when implementing the democratic management in the class management.In order to better use the concept of class democratic management to manage the class,improve the ability and effect of class management,make the higher grade of primary school have a stronger atmosphere of class democratic management,in line with the development of the times and the new trend of class management.
