A scientific and reasonable teaching design requires that teachers should fully grasp the requirements of curriculum standards and textbook contents,and at the same time,they should draw experience from the teaching design of other excellent teachers through comparison and analysis.The research shows that in the middle school history teaching,teachers should set specific and operable teaching objectives,choose teaching strategies in line with the characteristics of students,and formulate the teaching process with the main line as the core.The May 4th Movement was the beginning of China's new democratic revolution,and the great spirit it left still inspired the Chinese people to move forward bravely.In order to make students understand the great event of the May 4th movement,the history textbook of junior middle school compiled by the Ministry of education compiled the May 4th movement as an independent class hour.However,in junior high school history teaching,there are some problems in the teaching design of"May 4th Movement",such as attaching importance to form but neglecting content,lack of concise teaching main line,insufficient in-depth interpretation of the spirit of the May 4th movement,and so on.Based on the above understanding,this paper studies the teaching design of "May 4th Movement" in junior high school history textbook.On the basis of comparative study and analysis of the existing excellent teaching plans,this paper makes a teaching design for the lesson of the May 4th movement.This design takes "why the May 4th movement is new" as the main line of teaching,and integrates the contents of the textbook with "new hope,new nature,new class,new significance and new spirit" to guide students to fully understand the basic historical facts of the May 4th Movement and the spiritual value left to today's Chinese people.At the same time,during the teaching practice,the teaching design is applied to the actual teaching,and the feedback of teachers and students is studied.In practice,we realize that it is feasible for teachers to integrate teaching materials and make teaching design with diversified teaching strategies.But in this process,we should also pay attention to refining the teaching process,improving teaching ability and increasing educational wisdom.
