Labor education is the new requirement of the Party for education in the new era.It is an important direction of the current national education policy to bring labor education into the whole process of talent training and forge new people with labor education.The spirit of the National Education Conference was added to the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision),and labor-related content was added and emphasized in the teaching guidance,indicating that integrating labor education has become the direction of The Times and internal requirements of the ideological and political curriculum reform in senior high schools.For this reason,this paper launches a study on the integration of labor education into high school ideological and political teaching.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part,according to the Marxist labor concept and labor education thought,interprets the concept of labor and labor education,and then analyzes the importance and feasibility of integrating labor education into high school ideological and political courses by combining the requirements of education in the new era and the nature,idea and content of high school ideological and political courses.The second part studies the current situation of integrating labor education into high school ideological and political teaching.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey,according to the research materials,it is concluded that labor education is integrated into the ideological and political course of high school,and there are some problems,such as the lack of integration into the teaching objectives,the relatively simple content,the single teaching method and the poor teaching effect.According to the phenomenon,further analysis found that labor education into high school thought political lesson teaching existence question,mainly includes the political teacher to labor education and discipline integration of cognitive lag,choice,lacking the ability to develop and integrate into the content,"immersive" slow improvement and innovation of teaching methods,classroom teaching and less chance knowledge combined with four aspects of the practice of labor.The third part puts forward the countermeasures of integrating labor education into high school ideological and political classroom teaching according to the reason of the problem,including changing the idea and forming the consciousness of integrating.Comb the textbook to discover the nodes of integration;To teach labor and explore the method of integration;Multi-party linkage enriches integrated resources. |
