In October 2020,the General Office of the Communist Party of China and the State Council General Office issued the opinions on comprehensively strengthening and improving physical education in schools in the new era,which pointed out that the evaluation of physical education teachers should be improved,and the post structure of physical education teachers should be optimized,improving the scientific research ability of physical education teachers.“When education prospers,the country prospers,and when sports is strong,the country prospers.” School physical education is a basic project to realize the basic task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and to improve the comprehensive quality of students,it is an important work to speed up the modernization of education and build a powerful country in education and sports.Among them,strengthening school physical education must improve the quality of physical education,improve the quality of physical education teachers is the key.The professional accomplishment of physical education teachers is the core of the guarantee of physical education teaching.The evaluation of the teaching ability of physical education teachers is in the majority in the relevant research,but the teaching ability is only a part of the professional accomplishment of physical education teachers,in order to realize the basic task of establishing morality and cultivating people,the professional level of PE teachers should be developed in an all-round way.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of PE teachers' professional accomplishment and the construction of the Evaluation Index of PE teachers' professional accomplishment are helpful for teachers to find the deficiency of their own professional development and point out the direction for the development of PE teachers' professional accomplishment,it has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the methods of literature,in-depth investigation,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an in-depth study on the evaluation index system of Senior High School Physical Education Teachers' professional accomplishment.In this paper,on the basis of consulting the relevant literature,the author draws up the Evaluation Index of High School Physical Education Teachers' professional accomplishment,uses the Delphi method to screen the index,and obtains the final evaluation index after three rounds of questionnaire screening.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to compare the two evaluation indexes that have been determined,and calculate the weight value of each index,at the same time check the consistency of each index,finally,the evaluation index system of high school physical education teachers' professional accomplishment is established,and the evaluation index system is empirically studied,and the development level of high school physical education teachers' professional accomplishment in Jinan is investigated by means of questionnaire,according to the evaluation index system and the shortcomings of the development of the professional quality of high school physical education teachers in Jinan,this paper puts forward some basic strategies for improving the professional quality of physical education teachers.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation indexes of high school physical education teachers' professional accomplishment are selected through the Delphi method,and the weight coefficients of the indexes are calculated by using AHP method,the final evaluation index system consists of 4 first-class indexes,14 second-class indexes and 48third-class indexes,and the CR value of each index is less than 0.1.(2)The Order of the first grade index weight is 0.5585,0.2610,0.1325,0.0480,which shows that in the evaluation of high school PE teachers' professional accomplishment,the teachers' moral quality of physical education teachers is more important than other factors.(3)Through the empirical investigation,it shows that the development of high school physical education teachers in Jinan is deficient in different degree in four aspects.The results show that the PE teachers have positive values,attitudes and behaviors,can be strict with themselves,and still have much room to improve their manners.According to the survey on professional knowledge,senior high school physical education teachers in Jinan have a poor understanding of educational theory and a relatively weak understanding and mastery of physical education and health curriculum standards.The investigation result of professional ability shows that the scientific research ability of high school PE teachers is relatively weak.The result of the survey on lifelong learning shows that the PE teachers are relatively weak in sticking to their study habits and paying attention to their professional development,and their teaching reflection needs to be further strengthened.(4)According to the evaluation index system and the deficiencies in the development of the professional quality of the physical education teachers in Jinan senior high schools,this paper puts forward the basic strategies for improving the professional quality of the physical education teachers.The specific contents are as follows: paying attention to the cultivation of the teachers ' ethics;Strengthen the physical education teacher theory knowledge study,promote the physical education teacher profession ability in an all-round way,strengthen the physical education teacher lifelong learning consciousness.
