| Education is the great plan of the country and the Party.The 2017 revised"Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Ordinary High Schools"clearly proposes to focus on developing students’core literacy,how high school physical education teachers,as students’guides,cultivate students’core literacy,what core literacy high school physical education teachers themselves should possess,and what is the key to the core literacy of high school physical education teachers.Based on the above issues,constructing core literacy evaluation indicators for high school physical education teachers,enabling physical education teachers to clarify the direction of development,thereby improving teaching quality,and completing teaching training tasks,is an important content of current core literacy research.Under this background,this study uses methods such as literature review,grounded theory,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study the evaluation indicators of core literacy of high school physical education teachers in Yantai City.By consulting relevant literature,and combining previous research,it deeply analyzes the concept of core literacy of high school physical education teachers,and constructs the evaluation indicator system of core literacy of high school physical education teachers in Yantai City through qualitative research methods,And developed a core literacy evaluation scale for high school physical education teachers,distributed questionnaires for empirical investigation,and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the obtained questionnaire data to make an objective evaluation.The existing problems of the core literacy of high school physical education teachers in Yantai City were found and corresponding improvement strategies were given.The main results achieved:(1)Using the rooting theory method,we constructed the core quality evaluation index system for high school physical education teachers in Yantai and calculated the weights of each index.The evaluation index system includes four primary indicators,13 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators,including teachers’moral quality,subject professional knowledge quality,subject teaching quality and subject innovation quality.(2)Using confirmatory factor analysis to verify the core literacy evaluation index system for high school physical education teachers in Yantai City,the item factor load coefficients corresponding to each index were measured to be greater than 0.7.After the overall fitting coefficient test,the values of X~2/df,RMSEA,NFI,CFI,IFI,and TLI all met the standard,indicating that the indicator model constructed in this study is relatively ideal.(3)The evaluation index system was developed into a scale questionnaire,and an empirical investigation was conducted and the survey results were evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the overall score of the core literacy of high school physical education teachers in Yantai City was 75.47points,with an average evaluation level.The corresponding evaluation was also made on the first and second level indicators.According to the evaluation results of the current situation of core literacy of high school physical education teachers in Yantai City,the paper proposes countermeasures for improvement,mainly from three aspects:local education authorities,schools,and physical education teachers themselves. |
