School Physical Education as an important teaching subjects school education is toimprove students’ physical health of individuals, contribute to its normal development, and topromote the health of students. The purpose of this study is based on the universal standardsof professional skills of teachers, PE teachers own particularity, according to the professionalqualities of sports disciplines, the evaluation index system of physical education teachers, aswell as the weighting factor evaluation system automation design study, which build acomplete and comprehensive comparison of practical expertise PE teacher evaluation systemcombined with quantitative and qualitative indicators for sustainable development of thesports teacher evaluation and appraisal management professional, scientific and sports. Thesis,theoretical analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods in combination, the first primaryschool teachers by studying sports expertise background and purpose of the evaluation criteria,analyzes the main research direction and purpose sports teacher professional particularity, andthis article. Followed by a literature review of the relevant literature the way primary schoolteachers sport elaborate evaluation expertise, experience and pointed out some of theadvanced nature of the defects and shortcomings in the evaluation of foreign skills. And thena series of related theory evaluation skills of primary school teachers were analyzed andpointed out the existence of the problem and the need to reach their goals. Then constructedbased on the theoretical framework of the relevant professional skills of primary schoolteachers evaluation system sports, through data analysis and relevant literature, draw somecreative conclusions. Conclusions show that physical education teachers should pay attentionto their cumulative knowledge and ability to enhance the quality, to learn morals, MoralEducation, focusing on cultural enrichment, enhance personal qualities, moral and spiritualvalues on. Establish job classification standards fit PE characteristics. In skill evaluationprocess, should always clear direction and specific skills assessment, identify the directionand goals, using some of the weight indicator to constrain the behavior of physical educationteachers, so as to cultivate a group of highly qualified PE teachers pave.
