Under the background of "Internet plus double creation",entrepreneurial activities are booming,and entrepreneurs are showing younger and highly educated development.The proportion of women in entrepreneurs is rising.The group of female entrepreneurs is becoming the focus of academic research.The Internet era has brought new dimensions and connotations to the competency structure of female entrepreneurs.The competency of female entrepreneurs will have an impact on their entrepreneurial performance.Environment,entrepreneurial efficacy and other factors may also play a role in this kind of relationship.However,no scholars have explored the impact of social capital.Therefore,this paper focus on the group of female entrepreneurs,using the methods of theoretical and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative research,explores the structure of female entrepreneurial competence in the Internet era,and studies the relationship among female entrepreneurial competence,social capital and entrepreneurial performance.Firstly,based on domestic and foreign literature,we extracts a three--dimension structure of women's entrepreneurial competence under the background of Internet by using behavioral interview method and topic analysis method,and constructs the relationship model of the impact of women's entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial performance based on social cognitive theory and entrepreneurial process theory,to explore the regulatory role of social capital in it;secondly,designs and analyzes the scale.SPSS and Amos software were used to analyze the collected data through demographic information analysis,factor exploration and validation,correlation and regression analysis etc.The results show that:(1)Women's entrepreneurial competence in the Internet age has three dimensions,including entrepreneurial psychological competence,entrepreneurial management competence and entrepreneurial interpersonal competence;(2)Women's entrepreneurial competence and its sub dimension entrepreneurial management competence both effect entrepreneurial performance significantly;(3)Social capital is the moderating variable in this theoretical model.Finally,this paper submits the following advice:female entrepreneurs can enhance their entrepreneurial competence from the aspects of enhancing psychological characteristics,cultivating management characteristics and strengthening interpersonal communication;female entrepreneurs should actively expand social network,establish trust foundation and unify psychological cognition to cultivate and develop social capital,so as to improve individual entrepreneurial performance.
