Female Entrepreneurs' Entrepreneurial Motivation,Entrepeneurial Learning Behavior And Entrepreneurial Performance

Because the economy is developing and people's value is changing,more and more people choose to become entrepreneurs.Female entrepreneurs are playing important roles among entrepreneurs.Many researches showed that entrepreneurial motivation can impact the entrepreneurial performance.Besides,different entrepreneurial motivation can cause different entrepreneurial behavior.Until now,few researches focused on the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance of female entrepreneurs.Focused on female entrepreneurs,this research analyzed the relationship of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance,mediated by entrepreneurial learning behavior.Besides,the article discussed the moderating effect of family support.As for the research methods,this research applied the literature review and interview research,collected data from 153 female entrepreneurs,and conducted relevant analysis and regression analysis on the acquired data.Through analysis,we can conclude:(1)Entrepreneurial cognition and practical learning will have a certain positive impact on performance.(2)Achievement motivation and value motivation have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial cognitive learning and entrepreneurial practical learning.(3)Value motivation positively affects entrepreneurial performance by influencing entrepreneurial cognitive learning and entrepreneurial practical learning,and entrepreneurial cognitive learning and entrepreneurial practical learning do not mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial performance.(4)Family entrepreneurial support has negative moderating effect on the relationship between value motivation and entrepreneurial cognitive learning and entrepreneurial practical learning.Because when entrepreneurial support is strong,entrepreneurial learning behavior tend to be influenced by external factors rather than internal factors,thus weakening the influence caused by motavition.
