Leading the development of education modernization with informatization is the forerunner and cornerstone of promoting national modernization reform and innovation,thereby promoting the comprehensive development of China’s education.The characteristic development and innovation drive of China’s education is inseparable from the innovative development of data,which makes the development of my country’s education informatization continue to catch up and achieve a major transformation beyond.The education level of rural primary schools in Guizhou is lagging behind,with few high-quality resources,serious shortages of teachers and insufficient teaching capabilities.Sharing high-quality educational resources with the central and eastern regions by means of informatization and coordinating the educational and teaching innovation practices in the western region is a temporary situation under the current conditions.Effective ways to alleviate the shortcomings of rural elementary school education in Guizhou.On the basis of the CIPP evaluation model,this study uses the analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method to screen,and establishes 4 first-level indicators and13 indicators including informatization background evaluation,informatization input evaluation,informatization process evaluation,and informatization result evaluation.The evaluation index system of rural elementary school education informatization with secondary indicators,and the index weights are determined;the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the evaluation index system model of rural elementary school education informatization,and the evaluation results are quantified in a hundred-point system and divided into 5 levels,namely,excellent level,Good level,medium level,qualified level,level to be improved.Furthermore,through this model,it is estimated that the informatization of rural elementary education in Guizhou Province is at a good level as a whole.Among them,the evaluation of informatization process has the lowest score,with a score of 79.63,which is at a medium level.Compared with other indicators,this This aspect belongs to the shortcomings of the education informatization of rural elementary schools in Guizhou,and it needs to be improved and improved,especially the application of information technology for teachers has the lowest score.Certain results have been achieved in the development of informatization of rural elementary school education in Guizhou,and problems have also been discovered: the lack of institutional guarantees presented by the background of informatization,the informatization construction investment is still in the transition stage from the beginning to the application,and the integration of informatization teaching The main reasons for this series of problems are that the information technology equipment emphasizes construction and neglects maintenance,the information technology teaching resources are single,and the utilization rate of school websites is too low;the lack of full-time information technology teachers in rural areas,teachers Informatization awareness deviation,single informatization teaching method for teachers,lack of informatization technology skills for teachers;insufficient investment in informatization funds,imperfect information technology training,incomplete information technology management platform;lack of informatization teaching and research atmosphere,lack of informatization teaching atmosphere,Information technology has fewer extracurricular activities.To improve the education informatization level of rural elementary schools in Guizhou,we should proceed from four aspects.From the construction of information resources,it is proposed to establish an informatization construction guarantee mechanism,share informatization teaching resources,and improve website utilization;from the construction of teaching staff,it is proposed to establish a talent introduction mechanism and training.Teachers have active information awareness,innovate informatization teaching mode,and strengthen the application of teachers’ information technology skills;from the school’s information organization and management,it is proposed to broaden the sources of informatization funds,strengthen teacher informatization skills training,and promote the construction of informatization management platforms;from the information atmosphere It proposes to improve the effectiveness of online teaching and research for teachers,create teaching conditions in cyberspace,and add courses for information technology activities.
