Modern poerty is the product of the inheritance and innovation of acient poetry,inheriting the excellent trational culture of our country,carring the distinct spirits of times.However,mordern poetry has not exerted its due teaching lalue in Chinese teaching in senior school due to the little number of articles selected in texbooks,insufficient teaching attention and single teaching metheds and so on.Group text reading method is a new kind of teaching methods,its remarkable characteristic is“Group article”,it means to read more articles in per unit of time,there are intertextuality,explanation and confirmation between the group articles.Students can search and compare the differences between texts by reading group articles in class so as to discover the inner link between texts and construct the understanding of them.Base on the characteristics and the special construction,of group article,Group text reading is of great significance to improve the problems of short of list,single teaching method and low teaching interest of mordern potry in senior high scool.In addition,in order to arouse high school teacher's attention to teaching method of Group text reading and provide a superficial reference,researching Group Text Reading in the field of modern potry in high school text where the group text is rarely used.This paper analyzes and sorts out the problems existing in modern potry teaching in some senior high school in Southern Guizhou base on literature combing and questionare survey,considers about elements such as characteristics of modern potry,curriclum standard,teaching materials analysis and learning situations analysis and so on.According to the general operation flow of Group Text Reading,respectvely from certain issues,selected text,guiding construction and after school construction totally four aspects to give modern poetry reading strategies.The certain topics part is going closely related to the characteristics of modern poetry and combining the development of humanistic issue with instumental issues.Selected text part emphasizes the intertextuality and quality of text,and gives a detialed explanation of three modes of the development of text selection resources,that is “one article with many articels””many article in class””many articles after class'.Guiding construcion part is based on the task-driven concept,attaches importance to the setting of guiding questions and making of reading task list and then reaches a consensus by looking for similarities.The part of afther-school construction is mainly aim at probems such as reading only but not writing,lack of activity and evaluation and so on and puts forward some suggestions which is combing reading with writing,building activity platforms and improving evaluation.The last chapter designs a single teaching design and a teaching design of group text reading of A Lane in The Rain,and then makes a comparative analysis of the two so as to understand the difference between the two teaching designs intuitively,summarizes the mistakes of group text reading designs base on the comparative analysis for practical reference.
