Research On The Cultivation Of The Iron Man Spirit Of Petroleum University Students In The New Era

As an organic part of national spirit,iron man spirit has profound theoretical connotation and far-reaching significance of the times.At the same time,the spirit of iron man in the new era is the practical basis for carrying forward the spirit of patriotism and one of the driving forces for national rejuvenation.The new era will be the era of a new group of iron men.Therefore,the cultivation of iron man spirit of petroleum university students is particularly important.How to improve and perfect the cultivation of Iron Man Spirit in the new era has become an urgent task in the education of petroleum university students.Based on the human theory,indoctrination education thought and model education thought in the classic works of Marxism,this paper takes the students of a petroleum university as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of iron man spirit of petroleum university students under the background of the new era through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.And find out the areas to be improved and the specific programs to be improved.The survey results show that the cultivation of iron man spirit of Petroleum College Students in the new era has achieved certain results,but some aspects need to be strengthened.Some Petroleum Colleges and universities need to improve the level of iron man spirit cultivation teachers,cultivation ways,cultivation mechanism,cultivation environment and cultivation subject.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies:first,in improving the level of cultivating teachers,we need to keep pace with the times and improve the cultivation concept;Set up excellent team and strengthen teacher training;Improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and optimize the relationship between teachers and students.Second,in terms of improving the cultivation approach,we need to implement the practical cultivation work and optimize the cultivation curriculum construction.Third,to improve the cultivation mechanism,we need to improve the cultivation evaluation mechanism,improve the cultivation incentive mechanism,and coordinate the cultivation force.Fourth,to optimize the cultivation environment,we need to persist in promoting the construction of campus culture,advocate the formation of good social customs,and give full play to the role of network media.Fifthly,in the aspect of attaching importance to cultivating the main body,we need to encourage practice and achieve the unity of knowledge and practice;Train thinking and improve critical thinking ability;Examine oneself,strengthen self-education.
