| Guided by Marxist ideological and political education theory,this paper explores the feasibility of integrating iron man’s spirit into college students’ ideological and political education on the basis of expounding the theory of college students’ ideological and political education and iron man spirit.This paper uses the theoretical analysis and empirical research methods to analyze the current knowledge of the iron man’s spirit and the effectiveness of its integration into ideological and political courses.Through the analysis of the survey data,it is concluded that the current college students’ awareness of ideological and political courses is positive,but there are still some problems in the curriculum system and its effectiveness in colleges and universities.The main performances are: the content of the ideological and political course has not been fully absorbed by college students,the interest of ideological and political courses is not enough,and the state of college students is not good.This also indicates to a certain extent that college students do not pay enough attention to ideological and political courses and fail to fully achieve the purpose and effect of ideological and political courses.And most of the students do not have a deep understanding of the spirit of the iron man,and do not really understand the connotation and value of the iron man spirit.This also reflects the necessity of integrating the iron man’s spirit into the ideological and political education of college students.Based on the problems existing in the research status,this paper tries to find the fit between the two,and integrates the iron man spirit into the classroom construction of ideological and political classes,the integration of the iron man spirit into the campus culture construction,strengthens the self-learning education of the iron man spirit of college students,and strengthens and perfects the system guarantee.At the level,we will achieve the goal of integrating the iron man’s spirit into the ideological and political education of college students. |
