Research On The Ideological And Political Education Value Of Iron-man Spirit For The Contemporary College Students

The Iron man spirit formed under the special historical background, it is a kind of national spirit,as the chief representative of Daqing oil workers. Under the special social environment and background the "iron man" wang Jinxi made flexible use of the stand, viewpoint and method of MAO zedong thought in China’s oil DaHuiZhan and struggle to realize the self-reliance of oil, gradually formed a kind of spirit in practice, in the later of the social development as well as in the construction of socialist modernization in China, the generations of oilman constantly enrich the spirit, and has formed a theoretical system. If the system of socialist core values is the spirit of the college students’ ideological and political education flag, the iron man spirit is the spiritual power of college students’ ideological and political education. With the continuous development of higher education, the social economic system reform and opening to the outside world degree increasing, the ideological and political education is faced with many new problems and challenges. One of the biggest challenges is that the value of the current university student appeal and traditional values have changed.This study fully analyzes the formation and development of each stage of the iron man spirit, and indicates educational significcance of the spirit to the modern society and the contemporary university students, further discusses the ironman spirit is valuable in contemporary college students’ ideological and political education, in the moder abundant society, people need this spirit, especially the contemporary college students need this spirit nourishes.The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction and a discussion on research situation of iron man spirit from the macroscopic aspect. The second chapter is the theoretical research part,the thesis gives a brief introduction on the formation and development of the iron man spirit, as well as the forming process of the iron man spirit, and the cause of the spirit is to hold. Then further researches the connotation and methodology of iron man spirit. The third chapter is the key chapter, this paper discusses the present situation and value pursuit of current ideological and political education, analyses the present situation of the contemporary college students’ ideological and political education, thus, the current ideological and need a kind of spirit as a forward thrust as efforts to exciting agent, and iron man spirit is this exciting agent.The fourth chapter discusses how to apply the iron man spirit into the ideological and political education of contemporary college students, the spirit of the iron man spirit value can be internalized by means of ideological and political education to college students, so that they have this spirit, learn to use this kind of spirit to seek development, seek to survive, to be able to create their own value and create value for the society.
